Horrible Experience!!! Lynn Cummins took $3,000 from my children to modify their loan and never did any work. Never returned any phone calls and then left the company and apparently took their money with her. Since then they keep billing them for WHAT EXACTLY??? In the 4 months that Lynn Cummins did zero on the file they were both employed .... then my son lost his job and Chase turned down the modification they had to start ON THEIR OWN. Now they are facing foreclosure and trying desperately to get their loan modification pushed through since re- employment. $3,000 for 1 hours work and 4 months of unreturned phone calls !!!!!!! Unless this gets made right, we are definitely filing formal complaints with the Florida Bar.

There have been many attorneys I have dealt with in my life and Aileen by far is SUPERIOR to them all! Without a doubt she really cares about you not like other attorneys who look at you as a dollar sign. She knows the laws and truly looks out for your best interest. I have tried to reach out to this office over 6 times trying to get help with a litigation matter in August. Went for consultation was told how much for a demand letter, reached back out a few days later and no return calls or email. Now November I email and called again and was told by an attorney that her paralegal would get back to me to make a scheduled appointment, no contact back to me. Good luck if you want to chase them down.
