Bad experience. As soon as I arrived the attorney asked me to fill out some paperwork. After filling it out and waiting over 45 minutes for the attorney to finish their personal conversation with a different attorney I decided to walk out. What makes it worse is that the attorney made eye contact with me several times knowing I had finished completing the paper work and I was ready to be seen. However she ignored me several times and carried on her personal conversation. Worse, I overheard them making fun of a clients case. I decided to walk out at that point. I realized that their personal conversation was more important than attending to their new clients.

I HAVE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE with Ms. Oswalt! I was really surprised that the owner of the firm met with me personally and assured me that my experience would be smooth. I feel the fee they charged was fair and although there was a lot of paper work I had to provide I was ok with it, I mean cmon I was getting rid of 42,500 in debt! I have read other reviews on here dont really agree with it, but thats just me.... feel free to msg me, I have already referred my aunt to oswalt

Wow! I was making payments on my bankruptsy , but before I was done a creditor had got a garnishment of my wages.I told Oswalt Law that I would not be able to pay the garnishment and make payments on the BK at the same time.They reduced my bill by $600.00 , enabling me to file bankruptsy this month and stop the garnishment.Thankk you Oswalt Law.

I was being sued by a credit card and from a car I lost a few years ago. A friend of mine recommended Oswalt Attorney because they used them back in 2012. I went in the office and met with Juan. He was cool and helped me get rid of the stress right away. I am hoping I wont need them again but will send anyone who does need the help.

Juan needs a course in customer service and needs to at least act like he wants to care. I had to hire another law firm. They were much better and I met with my attorney on my first visit!
