My sister was accused of grand theft; if found guilty this would compromise her entire future as a prospective law student and would devastate her life and career prospects. We met with 8 attorneys before finally finding Wallin and Klarich. It was immediately obvious that our WK lawyer was remarkably distinct from any other lawyer we had met. From the moment we met, he listened attentively to what my sister had to say. He was empathetic and kind, and provided constant reassurance. His familiarity with other such cases reaffirmed to us that we had made the right choice. We were constantly reminded that we should feel free to ask as many questions as we needed to. Our attorney was extremely compassionate and patient. He treated us with the utmost respect and was a complete gentleman. He encouraged us to remain positive and this was key to ensuring that we were proactive in assisting him with our own case. We had become so disillusioned by other attorneys that it was so refreshing to meet someone passionate and tenacious about his work. Wallin & Klarich law firm – knockout. The best law firm in Southern California in my opinion. I had the privileged to be represented by attorney Brian S. Yin from the Tustin Office to recall an outstanding bench warrant. I had been living for many years with a bench warrant that kept coming up every time I was pulled over by the police. For my benefit, I was living in another state far away from California so they would not arrest me but it was very embarrassing. I learned to live with it until I applied for a passport and got rejected due to the warrant. I picked Wallin & Klarich to represent me after much time spent on research and I tell you this has been one of my best decision I ever made. Thanks to the level of expertise of this firm, my case got dismissed. I would recommend them without a doubt although I do not expect to ever need them to represent me again Thanks to Brian Yin.

This law firm takes your money first. Shows great interest almost harassing you to sign the contract and give them money and then disappears. Thank goodness I was able to hire another lawyer or my daughters life would have been ruined because of the unethical practice and lack of caring they showed their client. I had a horrendous experience with Mr Lynn. We were told we would have an experinced lawyer in Mr Visco. He signed the contract and then was gone no phone calls no visits. And Mr Lynn with his mere three years passing the bar can barely look you in the face when he speaks to you. Please for the sake of you or your family member. Research elsewhere. They mislead us from the very first phone call. Took our money said we owe more but did NOTHING to help there client. Barely even spoke to them let alone defend them properly. A truly unethical law firm.

my lawyer tried to charge me more money half way through my case, and ended up not even defending my case for me. after the public defender helped me with my case, he simply came into the court and put his name down as my lawyer! these people are not trustworthy. these comments are fake too...if you click on the people who writes them, you will see that some write the same comment for different W&K branches. nicole, if you ever see this post...please respond!
