I had a long hardship in obtaining my waiver on the grounds of inadmissibility, for about 12 years, after being denied twice. I was referred to George P. Mann & Associates, P.C, by a close friend, and at last I decided to use their services. In the past I have used 3 different law offices from Miami without any success, resulting in failure, waste of money and moreover time and stained record with denial after denial, a nightmare. I had one more chance, and this last time, I wanted to make sure I have the best assistance there is, so I did some research and consulted about my case with different lawyers and companies nationwide!!! None of them met my expectations, from basic approach to expertise until I spoke to Mr. Mann himself. Mr. Mann took a sincere interest in my case, provided some objective and concrete answers and handed my case to his associate Mr. Marcel Miclea, specializing in my area. Mr. Miclea had extensively reviewed my case, before advising on further actions, and after speaking to him, I was assured at last. Mr. Miclea, was very dedicated to my case from day one to the end - and thereafter when I landed on US soil! He worked diligently on my case and assisted me for over 1 year of hard work in extensive preparation of my case, advised me on all documentation requirements and detailed review of every single one. He followed all the steps not leaving anything to chance. We had a very extensive and frequent communication, and he was available at all times via e-mail and telephone, with very prompt and professional response. From the day one, I knew I was in good hands at last, and I knew if there are any possibilities for me to receive my waiver approval, he would make it happen for me. This is the most professional and dedicated office for immigration matters who actually takes interest and care in every single case, as they are all unique. N400 with domestic violation . July 2014 I applied for citizenship by myself . I had domestic vio and my case was little complicated . After 1and half years my n400 got denied and district immigration office offered me apeal . I was pretty frustrated just liked dead and kept downed my wish . I searched attorney online eventually I found Mr Marcel and consulted my case with him about Denied n 400 . Mr . Marcel took my case and he worked hard and handle my case . It was 1985, with no e-mails, no cell, and no internet. I went to the traditional yellow pages book and saw Mr. George P. Mann advertising. I went there and just him in a small office. We had the interview and he said: We will try but it might take some time. We will go step by step together, you need time and patience. That built trust and confidence that I was I the wright pad. 2 years later I received my green cards permanent resident status in 1987….. For no real reason I did not requested citizenship status sooner. But today, here we are 28 years later, with the same trust with Mr. George P.
