I was contacted by several mortgage companies and loan institutions when I first went on line inquiring about refinancing. The main reason for my refinancing was because in 2015 I had 3 HERO Programs done. I did not know it would hit me at once. My Property Taxes for 2016 went from $4,000. to over $10,000. My mortgage payment went from $1,700.00 to $2,500.00. Of ALL the companies out there, CLEARPATH LENDING was the ONLY company who stuck with me and was able to get me refinanced, cover the HERO Program loans, pay off ALL my credit card debts and get me a lower monthly payment. I can now concentrate on other things in life. I want to thank Brian Albonni and Karen Aguilar of CLEARPATH LENDING for never giving up and bringing my loan to a happy ending. I forgot to add. ClearPath Lending made every single step of the refinance process very simple. Zach Hansen was the gentleman that handled my refinance. Zach was very communicative throughout the entire process. He made sure that all my questions were answered and would call me throughout the week to keep me updated. The process of my refinance was truly an easy experience. When I first contacted ClearPath I was assigned to Ron Mir. He made the refinance a very pleasant journey. I had requested a 3 year adjustable loan and this is exactly what I got even though I was told by other lending people that this was not possible. Everything went very smoothly even the Notary was able to work with my schedule. Once the paperwork was signed ClearPath was quick to get the ball rolling on their part and everything was done quickly. I would highly recommend ClearPath to anyone who is considering a refinance.

Waited for a long time on making decision to refinance my mortgage. Finally pulled the trigger and called ClearPath first. Alex made the process very simple and no hassle for me at all. Closed on the loan and signed everything in a timely manner. About a week after everything was final, get a good bye letter in the mail as my loan was sold to another company. Now it is up to me to change my homeowners insurance to read the new companies name. Maybe it’s legit, but just seems a little shady to me. At least my mortgage payment went down, at least that’s what I’m led to believe.

I recently found an unopened letter , from clear path lending in my kitchen cabinet. The rates were a lot lower than my 7%, problem was the letter was exactly a year old. I called anyway, talked with chris..an officer and a gentleman .He said he could help me secure a va refinance , at a lot lower rate..which he did. I just received a "Confidential" letter from Clear Path Lending giving my name, my lender for my home, and they somehow addressed it to my corporate offices of where I work and inside the letter it has my mortgage amount for my home but using the address of my corporate offices. I called their 866 number and requested that they remove my name, and company address from their systems.
