I just funded my refinance with Ryan and his team. My loan was a bit challenging to process because I have a myriad of assets and business. Ryan and his team worked on this loan for months and never quit and it finally got done. I am extremely impressed with the customer service I received not to mention the loan and rate was very competitive if not the best I found. The web portal they use to process the paperwork and help you completely understand the loan process is top notch and very easy to use. They always kept me informed on the current timetables and what was next or needed from me so I was never caught off guard or left uninformed. The mortgage market has a lot of choices for a borrower to make in choosing a lender. The money in the end is all the same color but the customer service, reliability and smoothness that I experienced in this transaction I am grateful for to Ryan and his team. I have a great loan and tremendous new rate and term which has saved me hundreds of dollars a month and tens of thousands over the next few years. If you need a mortgage you owe yourself to let Ryan Grant and his team at the very least compete for your business and if you do, I will bet they will be your lender for life.

If you are a first time home buyer than you need to DEFINITELY go speak with Ryan and his team. All we heard from our friends and family that had purchased homes is how difficult it was. That was the opposite experience that we had. It was so easy and seamless! There were no surprises and we knew exactly what was going on at all time. We even were able to close escrow in 21 days which is what made our offer so attractive! Darlene, Darcy, Amit, and Angilla were also fantastic and always there to assist! Buying your first home seems impossible at first and is a huge investment. Once we met with Ryan, we were not anxious about our payments or the financial side at all. We actually saw how attainable it was and in two months we bought a house! They constantly ran the numbers using a really great tool that calculated every last penny. Ryan also made sure that he showed all cost savings and different ideas to get us where were would be comfortable. Now that we are homeowners, he will continue to manage the loan and make sure that we are up to speed when it comes to refinancing, selling, or another purchase. The process of buying a home can be very stressful, especially if you’re relocating to a new state. Ryan Grant and his team were incredibly accommodating and reassured us that not only would they be able to secure our loan at a great rate but that they would continuously work with us to make the whole loan process as smooth as possible.
