As a result of a vehicle accident and injury(ies) sustained, it became apparent to me that an Injury Lawyer be retained. I selected Ron Bell Injury Lawyers. As a first-time customer of services such as this, I knew very little about the process or how long it would take. The Legal Assistant initially assigned to the case provided me some basic information. Thereafter, the exchange of information became sporadic and a lengthy period of communication silence ensued. I then received communication from the new Legal Assistant assigned to the case (Sarah) and she efficiently moved the process forward and in to the hands of the Attorney (Lisa) who is completing the final steps in the process to which I/we await the outcome. Unlike his commercial, I KNOW WHO NOT TO CALL!!!! RON BELL!! Made an initial call regarding a slip and fall case for myself. A lady took my info but NO one ever called me back!!! at least call me back to let me know my case is not worth it to them. I thought that was so rude and unprofessional!! I guess your case has to be worth millions of dollars for this firm to represent you.

I must say I was very happy with the results I got for myself and my daughter. LM insurance wouldn’t work the way they were suppose to with our claim but Amanda Lucero and Debbie Lucero were very diligent about getting the results we were entitled to.
