From then on every contact with them was courteous and professional, they let me make multiple requests because of my circumstance and never once had issues and they expedited the process as much as they could. They want to claim to provide services at an affordable fee. Completely false! They want to charge $5,000.00 for an uncontested TPR case whereas other family law lawyers in the area only charge $1,500.00 There is nothing affordable about $5,000.00 just to do some paperwork!

Terrible customer service. They will hang up on you and disrespect you. Please do not go there. I repeat do not use them. Go to a place where you will be heard as a client and not a place where they do whatever you want, as if your not paying them
