Everyone at Mid-Columbia is and are amazing they are friendly fun doing busy with. They are knowledgeable and very patient. They take time with you to make sure that the insurance decsion you decide that you have options and show you the differences. They treat you like family but with great customer service and relations. I really enjoy my on going insurance relationship with everyone there.

I had changes made in February and did not go through so I had to sign up again. Not a good experience at all. I had to pay new fees and an application fee even when I never intended to end my insurance in February. Not happy. I wonder if that whole "this conversation is being recorded" thing could be listened to by someone and I could be reimbursed for all this. Again not a happy camper today.

These guys were super friendly. I use the one located in Yakima and she was very friendly and quick. The company it self is awesome to work with and they remind u before ur next payment with a friendly phone call. Or they will call a month after u cancel to see if everything is ok. Never any pressure at any time.. Great experience
