*BELTZ LAW FIRM OFFERS A DISCOUNT TO PEOPLE WHO FIRST WRITE A GOOD REVIEW ON THE COMPANY, SO BEWARE THAT MOST OF THE REVIEWS ARE FAKES!!!!*I hired Beltz Law Firm to handle a traffic ticket I had in Plano. They went to court for me and told me I would have to pay my $300 fine plus $75 for them to represent me and complete a Defensive Driving course. I called them two weeks ago to ask when I would need to bring in my certificate to the courts that I completed the course and I was told on the 23rd. So on the 20th I went to take my certificate to the court and they told me it was due on the 17th and that I would have to come to court for my ticket. UNBELIEVABLE! So what did I pay them for? NOTHING! I called to talk to them about it and they asked me for another $50 to show up for court AGAIN and said they have no record of speaking on the phone with me. I understand that we have a "my case" website but when I called to let the office people know that I was not able to log into my case they said "no problem, I can look it up on my computer and give you the due date". I have seen in previous post from the company that their staff "always" write down when they speak to a client and record notes of what was discussed in the conversation. Thats absolute BS! I wish I would have gotten the name of the male I spoke with on the phone but I did not so now its their word against mine. The workers there are way under-experienced and should not be working in a paralegal office!

I received a ticket out of the City of Dallas for Speeding. The officer said I was going 74 in a 60, but I didn’t believe I was going that fast. I hadn’t received a ticket in so many years and I didn’t know how to go about taking care of it. I decided to shop around and called a few lawyers. A lot of offices I had called seemed to only tell me the price but never explained to me what will happen and the procedures. I finally called the Beltz Law firm and spoke with a lady who answered all my questions and explained to me the whole procedure from start to finish. I didn’t feel the need to call any other place and decided to hire this law firm. Once my court date was set, I remember being told I would have a greater chance of having my ticket dismissed if I showed up in court with the attorney. I didn’t want to miss work but I wanted to do everything I could for my ticket. I’m glad I went! I saw the attorney and we got my ticket dismissed! I was really happy with everything this law firm did for me. I’ll never shop again if I get another ticket; I’m a client for LIFE!

Do not use this law firm. they do not help with your traffic tickets. They are dishonest, difficult to reach and communicate with and do not follow through with their duties in a law firm. BEWARE! Read BBB complaints, YELP reviews and Rip Off Report - I am not the only one that has had a terrible experience. I took them to court for their negligence and judge sided with them despite my detailed documentation and proof of negligence. They hide behind the law and Jeffrey Beltz and all of his staff are nothing but shady. You will end up with a conviction on your record and out a lot of money. Go elsewhere for representation. Do not hire this firm. Do more research and read more reviews - you will see for yourself. Most of these reviews on Google are all fake created by Beltz - Go to Yelp, Rip Off Report and BBB for the reviews from actual human beings.

The law firm did not help my friend with his request. They were supose to help my friend with lawering the ticket, which they did not. Getting a lawyer is not the best solution, rather, it is much better for the client to go directly to the court at the given date by the judge. My friend is able to do community service, which will help him to nullify the ticket after he finishes the hours of community service. The law-firm lied to my friend that the ticket was more than what he was told at the city hall. He did that so that he can make the lawfirm look better. My advic to the publick is to go straight to the judge. Just because you got a lawyer does not insure you that the ticket will be compromised for your benefit.

I have been in a situation on more then one occasion where I needed Beltz Law Firm to help with the City of Carrollton. So far, my experiences Beltz Law Firm have been really positive. I want to make sure that Magda gets the recognition she deserves for assisting the firm in preparing me for all of my task that I needed to get done. Magda was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. She also was patient with me at times and understanding of my busy schedule. Rajesh gets credit for his hard as well because of my situation he was still able to help me and find a good resolution. I can attest to the great customer service, and honesty. I recently used The Beltz Law Firm to handle a traffic ticket in Kaufman county. I had 2 violations. The attorney was able to protect my record by working out deferred adjudication on my insurance case and was able to dismiss my seat belt ticket. They were very informative and straight forward from the beginning. Although I still had to pay the court some money, I will not have these violations on my record, which is the most important thing for me! I was able to view my case status the whole way through by logging into their online portal! I will definitely be using this law firm again and will recommend them to all my friends.

A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!! Put the three hundred and ??? Dollars down. Was told I never had to appear they would take care of it. Said they finalized it and I had 6 moths to pay the $2,000 Paid a $300 ticket on it which Had been knocked down to $150 but NEVER RECEIVED A CALL OR EMAIL from them stating that it had settled So wound up paying the whole thing!!! At till tag place and I am told I have ANOTHER TICKET!!! and that I owe the $5,000.00 And the the agreement is null and void!!! NEVER RECEIVED A CALL OR EMAIL ON ANY OF IT!!!

I have used The Beltz Law Firm for many things over the years from traffic tickets to a car accident I had a few years ago. I have also referred friends and family to him. Most recently I used him for a speeding ticket In Garland Municipal Court. I love that his website lets me chat online with his staff. You just click on the icon and poof! I have always got along with the paralegals and Mr. Beltz. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney because I believe he is one of the good ones.

She also took the time to explain to me how surcharges work and how convictions end up suspending license. Paid $150 to this "Attorney" to handle 2 tickets for me. All he was able to do was get me Deferred Adjudication which cost me $250 + $75 attorney fees so $325 total on the first one. The second was also Deferred Adjudication but, it cost me $90 + $237 court costs + $75 attorney fees for a total of $402. I could have done better without an attorney. Consider yourself warned!
