We are so happy with our agent and all the staff. No matter the reason for your call they go over the top helping you. We have been traveling and had a rubber come loose around the windshield...problem solved ! they had called and set up an appointment for us and gave directions, we got there and our window was fixed and already paid for! Also we were recently in with a need to go over our policies with Autumn Billet , she was able to save us money and add to our coverage, it was a pleasant experience by the time we left it felt like "old home week" I would recommend this office to anyone...you will not be disappointed!

We have a lot insured with Sean Brumelle State Farm group. My daughter had a car accident and they were there every step of the way. The process was very fast and easy with their help. Sean called us to make sure that we new what was going on every set of the way!! They also have the best rates for what I think is the best insurance you can get. What a great experience and a pleasure it was dealing with Autumn, I switched from Allstate and now have much better, much higher coverage and thought I had good rates before ,, could have had much cheaper insurance but for 20 dollars more I wanted the much higher coverage, very pleased.
