WOW! Incredible and extremely responsive customer service. Browsing on a Saturday morning to assist my father with a new insurance quote, I stumbled upon The Zebra and decided to give it a try. The website was easy to navigate and within a minute of sending a quote request, I received a phone call from a customer service representative... within a minute... on a Saturday! The rep connected me with an insurance agent and we were able to save over $500 on a new policy. Fantastic experience and would definitely recommend!

Do I have to give a star? This company is text book DOG EGG. Guys it is 2017! I got a quote and gave my email, the quote was absolute nonsense and a waste of time, I then received 16 sales calls the following day... really. What a nightmare. I am gob smacked to learn it has been going for 4-5 years. I give this company another 12 months max. Seems like some tool managed to get seed funding for this idea (to the tune of 10+million!) and he is to busy driving around in his Tesla to give a dam. FAIL FAIL FAIL

Agent, Germaine, was extremely rude and unprofessional, hung up on me for no reason at all! I notified the manager who was considerate. It is a shame there are companies like this out there who hire these types of disrespectful people. They need to establish a "customer service 101" course for its employees. I am quick to leave a positive note for companies but will inform everyone where negativity is present.

Moved to a new state and wanted to see if I should stick with my former car insurance company or find a new one. Ended up learning a lot about what types of coverage I have (err should have had), which was all new info to me but really good to know. Good experience (quick!), got the best price without having to call 20 different insurance companies, so that was excellent. Recommend it!

I am starting to receive scam car warranty telemarketing calls. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY OF THE OFFERS THAT CALL YOU! THEY ARE SCAMS! HANG UP IF YOU GET STRANGE NUMBER AND SIGN UP FOR FTC NO-CALL LIST NOW!

My insurance company wanted to hike my rates by 40% so I started shopping around online and found The Zebra. Good thing I did because I wound up finding a lower price with better coverage! I definitely would recommend The Zebra if you want to compare prices and find the best deal without spending hours shopping around.

This company is garbage. They offer fake low insurance quotes that then magically increase by thirty percent when you go to actually buy them. Should be shutdown.
