Based on my personal experience as a customer for 3 years: They represent multiple insurance companies and I felt their quote was competitive. As a customer I heard from them 1 time, right before I cancelled. I contacted them a few times during the 3 years. When I called about a claim they simply gave me the 800# of the insurance company; they did NOT follow up with me to see how the claim was processed. I was not happy with their customer service. I also contacted the agent (Mark?) twice during that time to ask questions about pricing and my policy. Both times he was going to call me back with answers to my questions and I never received a call. Based on my personal experience I would not recommend them.

I have used this agent for years now after leaving another company that would increase my rates year after year. Sure they all go up a little with time but my previous agent seemed to raise them more frequently . Anytime I have had a question about a policy or to add something Mark or Mary would get back with me promptly . They have even saved me money with there recommendations . If you are in search of a new agent you should give them a try . You will not be disappointed .

Extremely helpful whenever I have to shop for alternatives other than what I have. Most insurance companies give you good newcomer rates but after a couple of renewals, the premiums go up. By having an agent like Wilkinson Insurance shopping around with several different companies to find the optimum balance of premium and coverage, it takes the hassle out for me to reach out to different companies if I did want to shop around.
