Yesterday, I had something hit my window down in Colorado Springs, causing it to crack very quickly. After a few hours, there were holes in my window. I contacted the insurance, and I was never on hold for long at all, even when they were finding services down in Colorado Springs that I would have the minimal deductible tax. The staff made sure I was okay, and they were very professional the entire time I was on the phone with them. Thank you! <3

They will make canceling your policy a nightmare. I have been on the phone 3 times about continued billing from this office when the policy was cancelled months earlier. On top of that, he tried to guilt trip me when i cancelled life insurance and got it through my employer. Just another greedy insurance person!
