Our adjuster Mike Kewer was terrific. I initially made the first call to your company and Mike returned my call within a few minutes. He made himself available and I met him to go over our details. That night he came over to our home and explained everything thoroughly to my husband and I. He spent many hours going back and forth with our insurance carrier and after claim wa initially declined, Mike went back and reopened our case. Although according to our carrier, we did not buy the proper insurance to cover the damages to our rental property, Mike never gave up. Both my husband and I will recommend Mike to all our friends and aquaintenance and we could not have asked for a better partner to be with us every step of the way. Both my husband and I are professionals and an employee like Mike is diffinitely an incredible asset to your organization, not only for his knowledge and experience but for how he represents The Claim Guide. The Claim Guide literally saved my life. We had a major water leak during the construction of our restaurant and I considered abandoning the project. The Claim Guide came through and made sure we had the money we needed to fix everything and get the place cleaned up. Mike is Great! There is no word to express my thankfulness to him! He accepted our case in the middle of the claims because the insurance IA estimate was 1/3 of the contractor estimate. He fighted for us and got the amount back so that we can have all of the repair done. He is always responsive. Even we did not contract him for the mitigation payment, he also help us to settle that between the insurance company and the mitigation company.
