This is to comment on your handling of the above referenced case by your Dave Davidson. Examples of the poor quality of service by Lavan and Neidnberg for meeting the legal assistance needs of our nations Veterans include: >the less than 40 minutes of consultation and investigation of the case here referenced. >The complete ignoring of data from the private cardiologist which Davidson was advised was available. >A phone interview only with the Rehab Specialist and no follow up with the private doctors or per the record with the VA doctors. >The dedicated commitment to meeting all clearly established deadlines with no more than 24 hours to spare. >The failure to appear on behalf of the client or with the client at the scheduled hearing. >The prompt notification of the decision on July 24, 2015, which was rendered by the VA and forwarded to the Appellant by the VA on April 7, 2015. This clearly allowed approximately 13 days to act on an appeal within the allotted 120 days. Since my case is now over and any opportunity to recoup what justifiably might have been a positive outcome lost, you will excuse my extreme disappointment in the representation of your Lavan and Neidenberg PA. I sincerely hope that your representation of the young men and women currently desperately seeking help from the VA exceeds that offered in my case. I cannot in good conscience recommend your firm to anyone seeking such assistance.

Do not even waste your time! I have brain damage, herniated disks, bulging disks, degeneration, the list goes on. I was told that I would have a court date in March, never heard from this firm. Finally I get a letter that I have a court date in August. THEN....one month prior to my court date, they dropped me as my client, with NO reason given as to why, but the letter states that if I won....they still get their money!They do not care about their clients, or their pain, or disabilities, all they see are dollar signs! If they do not think the case is going to make them tons of money, then the drop the client! It is that simple. Hence the reason behind NOT telling the client why they are being dropped. So, not only did I have to go to court without representation, but I also had to waste gas for an hour and a half drive, just to reschedule and I heard through other clientele that this is something they practice quite often!

very good first call to gather INFO . then sent a rep to sign contract . welcome call from attny that is where customer service ends. left voice mail messages 04/26/2017 2 mssg, 04/28, 5/1 2mssgs , 5/2, 5/4 three three mesages, 05/19, 05/24, & 5/25 no returned calls. voice mail is full. all phone #s seem to go to a man named Sebastian, ("who is looking forward to speaking with me") LOL I signed paper work on 04/26/2017 this is my experience so far. I am frightened they are going to cause me to be denied because they clearly do not care. I give 0 stars I only put 1 star because it wont post otherwise

Horrible company. They have totally screwed up my case. I am disabled with lupus, fibro, kidney failure, arthritis, syrinx, diabetes, high blood pressure and much more. 3+ years wasted of my life. I am stuck with them until my case is totally denied from SSI and I have to start all over with a new lawyer. No other lawyer will touch my case at this point. If I was not so ill I would sue them and if I die I hope my husband comes out of his grief and does sue them. They are a total waste of time, space and life. Do not use this company!!!

I would strongly caution anyone AGAINST doing business with Neidenberg or anyone associated. I hired them to represent me for my disability claim and once they had my signature they were nearly impossible to reach and were never in any hurry to help me. Turns out I won my case on my own a couple weeks later. They had the nerve to send me a bill for over 400 dollars and I am still fighting with them. Total bottom feeders, Stay away. I only gave them one star because the software will not allow zero stars.

Dude i dont know what all these people are talking about but if tou have a LEGIT disability thus firm is awesome. THEY GOT ME MY DISABILITY IN 2 YEARS FLAT! Also remember these people making comments and constantly calling have mental disabilities and call every day bugging these ppl. Let the lawyers do their job and be patient!! They are on ur side. If they take ur case THEY BELIEVE U CAN WIN! Sit back and have faith.

This firm was outstanding from the outset. It took close to three years to conclude my case with a favorable decision, and they were on top of things every step of the way. I had about 4 different case managers for the duration and all were courteous and helpful. First and foremost I have to say that that my attorney Ms. Kendra Washington was phenomenal ...and i was completely satisfied with my trial today despite the fact that i was in a complete full blown panic attack...I also would lie to say that my trial judge was an awesome judge very professional and concerned with my case. I have had a bad relationship with this firm. They rarely return calls. You cannot call in to talk to your attorney. Takes a minimum of 3 days when they do call you back. And it appears they are not supplying the proper information to Social Security. Total lack of communication on their part. I would not recommend them for SS disability.

These people did nothing for me, and when we finally got Social Security moving, they attached themselves to the money. They filed their thinkg wiith Social Security the very day I dismissed them, and gave me no instruction that I had to submit notarized paperwork.
