Put simply, Marc is the lawyer I would trust to represent a family member as best as can possibly be done. I hired Marc to represent me in a DUI case. I have unfortunately had experience with other DUI attorneys on previous cases so I have a very good basis to draw a comparison on Marc. The #1 things that stands out with Marc are communication and energy. Marc will discuss with you the options available in handling your case and help you make the decision. In my particular case I wanted to seek a plea, although even then Marc was willing to take it to trial for me. Now, anybody that has any experience with criminal defense lawyers knows this game, you hire a lawyer, and they spend 10 minutes talking to the DA and then hold a paper while you sign off your rights. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT my experience with Marc. I cannot stress enough how fantastic the outcome of my case is and how happy I am with the whole process. Every time I need to contact Marc, he returned my text/email/call within minutes. When I asked him for a status he immediately started discussions with the prosecution. Mark guided me to take the necessary classes and evaluations that greatly pleased the court and saved me hundreds of dollars. On my court date I felt I absolutely had the best team working for me!

Simply the best DUI attorney in Indianapolis! Mark was down to earth, honest, and one hundred percent focused on my case. I really couldn’t have asked for anyone better to represent me in my case. I consulted with several other attorneys in the area, some of which wanted upward of 10k to represent me, and Mark was a fraction of the price but not because he was any less qualified or determined.
