My wife and myself had finally come to the conclusion that we had to file bankruptcy.We went to the Gerace office in Merrillville and met with Rodney Geer and John Sadler.These gentlemen were very understanding of our situation and were very helpful in handling our paperwork and all our legal affairs.They guided us through the process and answered every question we had completely and in terms that we could understand and were comfortable with.my wife and myself were treated with the utmost respect and dignity.Everyone in the office,including the secretary were very kind,knowledgeable and courteous.We were made to feel very comfortable.I would highly recommend Rodney,John and the whole office.If you find yourself in a position where you feel there is no way out,Please go and talk to Rodney and John.

Rodney and his staff were simply phenomenal! They are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The process was very simple and straightforward. I met with them in the Fall of 2014 and by Winter 2015 my case was FILED and DISCHARGED! The folks at the 800 # are AWESOME too. I recently received a garnishment order for creditor that was filed and discharged on my bankruptcy . I called the 800 # and they contacted the creditor and resolved the issue immediately. I highly recommend Rodney and his staff.
