Operation Family Fund Support

So I was on my way back to the west coast after a ride from LA to DC with Run For The Wall. I noticed that my new 2016 Ultra Limited had a check engine light on. I stopped at Stutsman Harley on Saturday around 3 PM. They close at 5 PM. I spoke to Brad, a service writer and explained my problem. He came out to the bike and said there is a problem. Within minutes he had one of the Techs, Jeff, check it out and sure enough the water pump was broken. They had all the parts to fix it and by 5 PM they had it fixed and I was back on the road. These guys are amazing. I was an out of town person who bought my new Harley somewhere else but they treated me like a VIP. Thank you.

I scheduled my 1k service and was surprised that they were waiting for me when I got there. When I made the appointment, they told me I could wait for it since I was traveling 100 miles for the required service. This was nothing like I have been use to. Here at my local dealer, you make your appointment to drop off you bike, and wait a few days for the call that the service has been completed. I will go back to Stutsman Harley again. Good prices and awesome service!”
