This place is great. I was initially worried about getting hurt, but the staff is great and has never messed up on sticking me. The only negative is wait time, but that is to be expected with any place that has a high traffic of people.

The wait time is ridiculous. They need to hire more staff to keep up with the people that come in. They also need a more competent staff, ones that will not bruise you and make you wait to return to donate. Be carful donating here.

I am very pleased with the service they give. Rexburg Biomat has very skilled phlebotomists. They have awesome promotions every month for donors. I would definitely choose the Rexburg Biomat over any plasma center any day.

All the staff will try to make your donations as pain free as possible. Highly trained individuals, does take some time to complete a donation, I would recommend to plan ahead, also always make an appointment before hand!

It pays you only 20 then 30 for ur donation in a week, everywhere at least pays you 25 then 35 a week. They also have terrible service and treated me very poorly.
