If Geico’s goal is to provide the worst customer service in the world, then pat yourselves on the back. I have been with Geico for several years and have always recommended them to friends and family. However, after my recent encounter I decided that Geico was not worthy to have my business. Making unauthorized changes to my policy to line the pockets of Geico is completely and unfathomably inexcusable. I have cancelled my policy and I will make it my personal goal to ensure that every friend or family member currently insured with Geico leaves this dishonest and deceptive company.
