They were so helpful and kept me informed almost every step of the way. I would like to thank Michelle and John for helping me through this rough time. I thank them for being straight forward with me. I would like to say that I have read some negative reviews but if you have a case and they take it, you can be sure that they will do the best that they can for you and your situation. They have helped me with two different types of cases and won both of them. And just like anyone else who has a job, they have to get paid. They are attorneys and they had to pay for their training. Years in school and in the office and the field. Morgan and Morgan has been around for a while and they have so many people working for them and those people also work for you when you have a case. A firm as big and as caring, I will recommend them to anyone who might need an attorney. And thanks again for helping me.

My experience working with Morgan & Morgan was excellent from the start. They were quick and responsive in sending someone out to talk with me about my accident. I was then put in contact with Michelle in the Tampa office, who worked with me through the entire process to keep me posted on what was going on and what I should expect. She went above and beyond in helping get everything taken care of so that once my settlement was agreed upon, things went very smoothly. My lawyer, Michael, was excellent. He took the time to explain to me all of my options. Overall it was a pleasant experience, and although I would hope not to be in another accident and have to do it again, I would go back to Morgan & Morgan if need be.

I called in reference to a malpractice claim since the doctor was charged criminally on a similar case. I knew that it was not a slam dunk, but was not surprised when I was informed it could be a class action case. After four phone calls and six weeks, of how long does it take to decide a case like this they finally told me they were not interested in taking the case. I should have known better after hiring them several years ago after they sent an investigator out the next day and months later they dropped the case. Oh yeah, called another attorney about the case and got an answer in two days. NEVER AGAIN

Absolutely horrible. my fiance has waited almost 6 years for her money and now only gets a tiny little fraction with could be gone in a couple days because of bills. she almost went paralized and all she gets the leftovers because the attorneys took basically the whole thing. they are rude and judgemental as well. they act as if they cant help the poor and the problem is if you complain about something to management the person you complain about calls you with a horrible attitude. they suck! its not for the people, its for themselves. they rip people off so damn bad and leave people with nothing. they are HORRIBLE! !!!!

Paralegal Michelle Gramling is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL paralegals in the world. She is beyond the rudest woman working for the law offices of Morgan and Morgan. She tries to tell providers to bill Health insurances for Car ACCIDENTS that get settled from the court and refuses to listen how insurances work. She talks over you and then pretends to be the victim at the end. Not a team worker, uncooperative, and very nasty as a person. I would never hire Morgan and Morgan law firm for a case due to the unprofessionalism of Michelle G.

I was very satisfied with the gentleman who came to my home to take my initial statement. So far, the process had been fairly easy. I did not like that I was asked to take pictures. I had already taken some so this was a minor issue. I wo3ild have thought an investigator would come to ensure proper pictures were taken for evidentiary purposes. Please understand, however, this is very early on in my case.

Worthless law firm that enjoys the limelight news, but never helps those persons in real need due to more serious injuries. A neck sprain from yesterday?
