Horrible. I can not begin to tell you the issues I have had with this staff and the people they refer. I can say only about one good thing maybe two about this law firm. One being they use to have a very friendly and attentive receptionist or legal aid what ever they are employed as. The second probably being that Mark provides so much information you can get lost in the information, seeing the bright side of that but also showing that he talks a lot of nonsense crap. Giving you his too much of his personal opinion over his legal experience. He sets you up for things for the call of more money, that can be great but as for me it was horrible. I received a surgery that I did not need by a unprofessional facility, Renew Spinal Care... I am 21 years old and have more neck and back pain that has taken a toll on my physical life. From sleeping, to movements at work, to not being able to enjoy the things I love like fitness training and weight lifting. 21 years old with the back and neck pain of a construction worker of 50 years... all because of lack of communication. I will never refer anyone to this law firm nor would I ever, by any means go back to him or any of the staff that he has provided. Completely about his money and not his clients.

I deal with alot of attorneys in my professional career and went to this place for some legal advice on a collection dispute. I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional this guy was and the nasty language he used in front of lady. Very unhelpful and pretty much called my husband and myself unintelligent over the terrible situation that happend to us. Terrible law firm

Though other reviews note an offense to his style of communication -I appreciate that he is direct, easy to understand, answers all your questions and most importantly-gets the job done.
