Helping me and my military fiancee get custody over his daughter, without a divorce case, so he is technically a single soldier parent and Scot still got us full temporary custody and our case for getting final custody is looking really good. They are not cheap, the fee we pay now is 300 dollars an hour, but we have experience with cheap lawyers and paying the extra fee is worth it, they work fast, are extremely friendly, keep you well informed, they know a lot of the judges and can get your paperwork in a way that works for you. I would specially recommend Scot to any military families even for a civilian case, because he is also licensed in military law he has a better understanding of there proceedings. and got our temporary custody order written in a way that we can move out of state without it effecting our case.
