Jean Sorel from First Class Real Estate, LLC is simply one of the best in the business. Last month, during the severely depressed housing market, he sold my house in the Miami-Dade area, for far more money I thought possible. He used multiple marketing platforms (web, radio, print, on-site) to reach more potential buyers a lot faster and coordinated them effectively to achieve the maximum impact. And closing was a breeze. He managed all the necessary paperwork and the details of the closing. Jean is currently representing my girlfriend and me in the purchase of a house from a seller who has been extremely difficult. We would long ago have completely lost our tempers, but Jean has managed to keep all of us focused on completing the sale, even though it has meant a great deal of extra work for him. Again, I cannot recommend Jean Sorel highly enough to anyone needing a real estate agent in Florida. Thanks a MILLION!
