I was signed on to this law firm here in 2015. Me and my husband were involved in a car accident involving a Drunk Driver. The driver, thank god was insured. I had my case assigned to Mr. Pennywell. He was a very rude, Insensitive person. He made me feel as though i was working for him as to him working for me. I asked for my case to be reassigned to another attorney, after really considering firing them. I just really wanted to give them a chance. I was reassigned to Shannon Moreno. I spoke to her for the first time yesterday. Which i had to call and find out who my case was assigned to. Besides that i was told I was eligible for a pre-settlement loan. I did call back today to inquire information on that loan. I called my new assigned attorneys assistant Alex. Asked him if he could talk to Shannon to see how i can go about getting the loan she told me i could get, but would not recommend i get because of interest rates. She then called me back today saying her assistant said i wanted a checj cut to me today and all kinds of other things I NEVER EVER SAID..... Then she said "We have decided to realease your case". Im ok with that. I just am not going to pay them for giving me and my family more problems and enduring more stress. I thought they were there to help us. Instead made things worse. It was gods will they realeased our case..... Please do some research before choosing this law firm.

When i was t-boned and flipped in the weeks between serious and invasive abdominal surgeries i was desperate for representation that could work with me in the midst of hospitalizations and incapacitation. A close friend working for the Azar law offices recommended i work with Dezi LaCrue to pursue damages against the other driver. I accepted, but initially with little faith beyond this lawyer was onown tona friend of mine, but Dezi quickly changed my feelings about herself and the legal process on the whole. Her performance as my representation exceeded the mere scope of effective representation, as she went well above and beyond to ease the process by reaching out to myself and my spouse, and getting calls and contacts made that would normally be the responsibility of the injured party, while i was unable. In such a desperate time in my life, the last thing i needed was a roll over accident. Dezi LaCrue made the process so easy on me, and afforded such effective representation, that the legal repurcussions of being hit were very possibly the easiest part of the last two years.

This has to be the worst firm out there!!! These people took my case made me all these promises then switched attorneys 3 times they never stayed in contact and then I get a call after them sending me to all these doc appointments and making me wrack up $45,000 in medical bills that they are backing out of the case and I need to find another attorney. If I could give them 0 stars I would do not trust them do not call them they have pretty much ruined my life and I have no idea how I will ever get all these bills paid. I would have dealt with the pain if I would have known they were going to make me bankrupt. Sickening how these people can sleep at night.

not really on top of things. they are lazy and not sufficient. (well at least the one i worked with) the told me i was getting a certain amount but that there will be fees due. now i know lawyers get money, but thats a deal that should be negotiated on price before you say that you will be getting back 20000. not when i go pick up the check do yo finally disclose fees that will come out of what i should get back. i had to call my job, and get paperwork and tell them what i needed. then a back and forth with my job and azar associate because he was to lazy to call and state what he needs from them. will never refer, anyone to them.

Very horrible experience. They seriously did things that were just horrible like they were working against my case. I come to find out this is what they call a mill law firm you are just a number each lawyer has 65 cases they are working on so many cases that at the end of the day you will fight to get clear answers or even a call back from them then when they finally call you back they are rude and quick with you. Thank my lucky stars I got out quick.

After talking to someone at this firm my impression was that you need to be in a wheelchair or something for a lawyer to listen to you. I explained what happened to me when as a pedestrian a car hit me and all I got was we don’t take this kind of cases and good luck. My only guess would be is that they wouldn’t make a lot of money so why bother. These firms advertise a lot on TV but it turns out to be a joke.
