Craig Hemler has been absolutely amazing to work with. We have an auto transport brokerage company, and ended up in a dispute with one of our carriers. Oddly, we had paid the carrier in full, yet they still made a claim against our bond. Certainly bad behavior on behalf of the carrier, but ultimately they still have a right to file a claim, even if it’s not accurate info. Craig was able to get in contact with me very quickly and efficiently, request the information that would be necessary to prove that we had paid the transport bill, and move forward with closing out the claim. Where Craig really earned five stars was his ability to work directly between myself and the actual underwriter. The underwriter had sent us requests for information, as well as letters that came across as being rather threatening. The underwriter then failed to return our phone calls. I reached out to Craig and he immediately replied, not only with a solution, but also with confirmation that the situation of been rectified. When searching for any type of a broker, the most important thing is to make sure they are easy to reach and happy to help. Craig proved to be an invaluable asset to our company, and as a result look forward to doing business with JW Bond Consultants moving forward.

I would highly recommend JW Surety for construction bonding needs. I have been working with Patsy for well over 5 years now and would not consider any other company, I am completely satisfied. Not only do they offer many programs for companies with less then stellar credit but they are also extremely efficient in how quickly they can turn around an application to an approval. Countless times have I applied for a bid bond or a performance/payment bond and received an approval the same day. If your considering opening a bond line, I would not waste time with any other company. This is what they specialize in and they are the best at what they do. Well, It took me a long to find Patsy at JW Surety, but it was worth it. I went thru a mountain of frustration before finally getting to the right person at right company. After running into several walls trying to secure the performance bond I needed for the public city job I wanted to do, Patsy opened the doors and made the process seem so easy. Representatives ability and knowledge toward the insurance information was good and did not lack any specific quality, but the quote was extremely high and double the price. A newly started companies are being pressed to the maximum and the efforts are being demolished by such actions by insurance companies. The new venture companies are given extremely hard time, when in reality it should be other way around! Thank you, but no ! Very poor customer service. It took 3 days for someone to contact us. I specifically filled up the form requesting specific dates, but bond was issued incorrectly. So our documents were retuned. I requested a correction, paid to overnight everything, it took 5 days to receive a correction, but the dates on the bond were used wrong again. I missed a deadline to apply for my license because of that! Sloppy and unprofessional, I would NEVER use them again.
