The customer service is immaculate! I have been a client of Jael insurance for over 8 years. They truly show and appreciate there clients. When I had an issue with my license and needed insurance the day before it was due, they opened there doors to me after hours and assisted me. They were closed already but that did not stop them from making sure that they had another satisfied customer. I am so thankful for the great service they have provided me through out the years and will never go anywhere else. If you want quality and team work they are the place to go for insurance! They really do care and put there own life on hold for there clients. Mostly I appreciate the agent by the name of Michelle which is always so warm and friendly when I come through the door with my car problems. Thank you ladies so much!
