My overall experience was fantastic. The agent I spoke with, Zachary Ingraham, was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew the right questions to ask and made every effort to provide me correct auto insurance I needed at a very affordable price, significantly lower than my current renewal with State Farm Mutual. After being a State Farm customer for more than 30 years, I was extremely disappointed at their significant increase in premium. But, I was very happy that I reached out to GEICO.

I signed up here years ago and still continue with my plan. I am able to deal directly with GEICO and do not interact much with my agent. I am glad I do not have to either, as I only need to talk with the operator sometimes. They were friendly too. I believe they speak Spanish which is a plus. Drive safe.

Geico really came through for me! There was a discrepancy in the VIN number for my car which we only realized after I got into an accident and the car was determined a total loss. They did an investigation (which did take them 3.5 week) but they decided to cover my car! They really had my back!
