As a first time home buyer, I had a great experience working with Fareed and his team. They took the time to answer all of my questions and go over all of the numbers and explain everything to me. They were very polite, earned my business, and worked fast to ensure I could close on time (which we did). They got me a great interest rate and made sure everything went smoothly. They were very organized and immediately got me a list of everything that I needed to provide to them, as well as the specifics for each form. There were a few hiccups along the way (lender requirements) due to my situation, but we took care of those promptly and kept the process moving. Fareed will definitely do whatever he has to do to make sure you are happy with his service and ensure all of your questions are answered, day or night... which I tested on a few occasions. I did my due diligence and shopped around to see what the rates/fees were, but ultimately Fareed earned my business and beat any out any competitors. 10/10, would use ZFG again for any future mortgage applications.

ZFG is the best! I had first time home buyers that applied for Rural Developement Loan and found the perfect home. Two weeks before closing after they had already sold there present home and we found out that due to land issues we could not utilize RD and had to convert over to FHA. Bill and his team at ZFG worked endlessly to make things happen quickly and within two weeks we were able to put this family in their new home. I cannot imagine how difficult this was for him but he managed to get it done and as always professionally. I have worked with ZFG many times and they are the people you want to use when it comes to getting a loan or refinancing. I also believe that not to many if any other companies would have gone the extra distance to make this happen. I absolutly love working with ZFG. They always make things easy for me!!

My realtor recommended that my husband and I to contact ZFG mortgage after having a terrible experience with another company. Our loan officer Fareed and his entire team was absolutely OUTSTANDING! We ended up saving a lot of money and even got a better interest rate on our loan. Fareed always returned my calls and kept us informed during the entire process. Fareed seemed to have more sympathy towards our experience with the other company that the actual owner of that company himself. He went above and beyond to ensure that we would be able to close on our home ASAP, and had us pre-approved and closed in just under two weeks. It meant a lot to us to feel that our business was wanted and appreciated and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a home!

My husband and I just purchased our home. We worked closely with Amna, our loan officer, to get approved for a loan. She made the process simple and easy. My husband works long hours. Amna was flexible with meeting times and was able to email most correspondence. Patty, our loan processor, updated us daily on our loan and answered every question I had. I have worked with several mortgage companies in the past and the experiences were not the best. ZFG Mortgage made the process not only enjoyable, but easy. This office is filled with wonderful, cheerful people. Every time I called, which was often, I was greeted with a friendly person. They took a personal interest in helping us get our dream home. We had a great experience with ZFG Mortgage! My loan officer was Amna. She was WONDERFUL to work with from the beginning to the end of the loan process! I felt like she was not only our loan office but a friend who cares about us! She was with us every steps of the way and even brought us a beautiful flower bouquet at the closing table... Also, our loan processor was Janan. She was awesome to work with. She always made herself available to us even after her work hours. We had a really tight schedule till closing date, but she made sure everything gets done before the closing and she sure did!!! I would recommend ZFG Mortgage to anyone who is looking for a mortgage company for a dream home. They provide a superior and outstanding services!

EXCELLENT BROKER!!! We did a lot of shopping around when we were looking for a home loan. We were first time buyers and had done a little research but still needed guidance. Not only did Fareed and his team get us the LOWEST rate in town they also helped guide us through every step of the home buying process. There was always someone available to answer our questions day, night, weekdays, weekends they were there to calculate payments and taxes and answer other questions whenever we needed them. We switched to ZFG after hitting a brick wall with quicken loans. I read good reviews and decided to call. Within a few days we had an email stating they could help us! These ladies worked their butts off, with calling out of state, dealing with the military, getting all the paper work we needed, and keeping us updated daily. This was by far the best choice we could have made! Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a house. The whole process took about a month after switching to them but with everything that was required, (including dealing with California State for my land that I own), I was impressed! Thank you ZFG! Great Service! When a different local mortgage company gave us the run around and backed out at the last minute, Fareed was able to get a loan approval for us in 7 days! I watched Patty fight for us to correct info when the VA had incorrect info that held up our loan. The closing was able to happen in less than 2 weeks and ended up happening on the original day that Fareed had estimated on our first visit. Thanks Guys!! We love our new house! From the very beginning of the loan process ZFG Mortgage was eager to help our family. After a recent denial of a home loan mortgage from another lender my wife and I were very discouraged.
