I came in to get change for my store and was laughed and pointed at because I needed quite a bit of change. Lost all respect for the workers here. I had to make another transaction at the drive up window. I pulled in and was not greeted so I sat there while the teller just stared at me. I was thinking the teller was busy and again I was pointed at and was given rude looks by two separate tellers. Very unprofessional. Very unpleasant place to go into and they need new workers who know what customer service means. I will not set foot in this bank again. If I could do zero stars I would.

Max Jones, is one of the most professional individuals i have ever worked with when it came to asking a simple question like a Line of Credit. His literally pulled out all options and explained every bit of the policies and terms. Also bent over backwards to help with my endless questions about building credit. I will continue to drive out of my way to do any business here.

I canceled my disability and life premium insurance and it seems like the loan officer lost my paperwork because after two months I kept on getting charged. I called the bank and no one knew what happened. I will never go to that branch ever again. Very poor costumer service :(
