I have been trying to streamline my CHFA FHA Mortgage for a year and I have finally found a mortgage company who knows what they are doing. In 2015 we refinanced with Seth for the 2nd time.I have never been so informed, hand held and walked through the process as I have with American Liberty Mortgage. I am so happy I found them and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to streamline, refinance or get a new mortgage. They have a really nice office too. My other experiences Failed I would not have been able to get this done without the expertise of Seth and his team. Highly Recommend they are the BEST mortgage company in Denver!! 1-12-16 Just wanted to update. My daughter and her boyfriend bought a condo using CHFA also and Jennifer who is CHFA certified was their mortgage rep and the loan closed to the date on time and everything was smooth because she made sure not to miss a thing. Jennifer did an amazing job. I would never ever use any other mortgage company ever! Love these guys.

Patty is amazing! We were first time home buyers and she explained everything from the beginning to the end. We had originally went with another loan company in the process of getting our home but we decided to look for another company since the previous loan company basically told us we were not able to qualify for our house. Patty did more work in a month then the previous loan company did in 8 months! She is very responsive and knowledgeable. She would be available at any time of the day, even weekends! She did everything in her power to get us our home. Right when we thought we were not going to be able to get our home, she did the impossible for us. She is absolutely phenomenal and we will not go anywhere else! I highly recommend her and American Liberty Mortgage, they are great!

Where do I even begin. To say that working with Rachel was a blessing, would be a huge understatement. Let me tell you she is very very good at what she does. After getting the run around and no communication from other companies like Quicken to do a cash out refi. My wife an I were ready to give up. I left a message for Rachel and was almost immediately contacted back. This is here Rachel took over. I never felt worried or unsure during the proccess. Rachel gave us all the reassurance you could ask for. Needless to say the refi went through and we are able to say we are debt free. ALM is a great company.
