I HATE PUBLIC SERVICE CREDIT UNION WITH A SUPER PASSION, !!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME AROUND 5,000.00 PENALTY ANY TIME I CHANGE MY INSURANCE AND THEY PUT YOU THROUGH HELL TO TRY AND GET THAT FEE REMOVED, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAVE DONE IT. I HAVE FINANCED MULTIPLE VEHICLES IN MY LIFE AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN CHEATED BEFORE AS MUCH AS THIS CREDIT UNION, DO NOT HAVE THEM FINANCE YOUR VEHICLE, SHOP ELSEWHERE

Horriible service when i call and try to make a payment. I keep getting transferred somewhere else and then they hang up on me, i have no time to go in and make a payment in person. I wouldnt refer this place to anyone. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
