I contacted the office for assistance after an auto accident, I was greeted with rudeness, after a return phone call from an online inquiry. The individual that contacted me was very rude and did not gather much information about my case before I decided that this was not the firm for me. I am not after money at all. I want someone who is out for my best interest, and this company is not it at all I told him I do not want to be cheated after advising him all that had taken place. I responded absolutely none I will go with another firm and he hung up on me. (HOW VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!)

What can I say, I used Lowell The Hammer for my car accident, his staff was very thourough and efficient with their work...it took a little longer than I would have liked, but this was because of the hospital taking their time on sending out the paperwork on their end. I am extremely happy with the results, it ended up being approximately a 30% increase over the projected settlement number! How can you go wrong?! If I am ever in need of these services again, The Hammer is who I will go to and recommend to all my family and friends! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!
