We contacted Atticare after experiencing ongoing issues with squirrels accessing our attic. Less than two business days after reaching out, Nick came out and performed a very thorough inspection of the space. He was quickly able to identify and alert us to the areas in which squirrels were entering and nesting. Nick provided pictures, as well as a detailed list of recommended services to repair the squirrel damage and prevent them from returning. He was able to offer us these services at a reasonable price with quick turnaround time that worked with our busy schedules. On the day of service, Julian and his team contacted us 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They were careful to wear shoe covers and lay protective covering on our floors (including the path to the powder room if needed) to prevent any damage throughout the process. After removing all of our old insulation, Julian had us observe the attic before proceeding and provided a comprehensive explanation of the sealing process to be performed. Julian and his team worked diligently and carefully to complete the services outlined in our contract. While they were careful to keep debris contained, the team also performed a thorough clean-up of areas they had accessed so as to not leave anything behind. Working with Julian and his team was an extremely positive experience. They were extremely professional and courteous – Julian, especially, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their work. We would highly recommend Nick, Julian, and Atticare as a whole to anyone with similar needs in the future.

Excellent company from start to finish. I originally called because the house I recently bought felt cold in some spots even with the heat on, so I wanted an expert to look and see if there were any weak spots in the insulation. Nick came out for the free estimate and found a very bad active rodent infestation. He was very thorough and explained to me that the rodents were severely decreasing the quality of the insulation in both the attic and the crawl space. He then broke down exactly what had to be done not only to fix the immediate problem, but also to try and prevent any future issues... which unfortunately for me was a complete removal, sanitation and re-installation of brand new insulation in both the attic and crawl space. His team, led by Victor, came out just two days later and were, quick, efficient, and professional. They showed me updates after each step and everything looked great. They even wrapped the pipes in the crawl space, which previously had been exposed, without me even having to ask. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend AttiCare to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

I used Atticare to replace my old insulation in my attic last month and only now when its really freezing out I understand how much this was a great decision to finally do it. I have been having heating problems in my house for years, especially in the living room and my bedroom, and would always have to have the heat blasting on full power to not freeze at home. I contacted atticare after I received a coupon in the mail for an insulation inspection and set up an appointment for the following week. Jeff the technician was very knowledgeable, asked a lot of questions and inspected my attic. He was able to show me why my house is losing heat and what needs to be done to make sure the climate in the house stays balanced. I decided to book the job and a few days later a team of 3 guys came and worked in the attic, getting rid of the old insulation and installing brand new insulation everywhere. It has only been a few weeks and we’ve only had a few very cold days but I can definitely feel the difference. Very happy with my decision to use atticare and definitely recommend them.

I called Atticare to resolve a squirrel problem that has probably been going on since long before I owned my home. Even after several pest control experts came to evict critters and patch up the latest access points, others would always find their way into my attic. I met with Elvin and he assured me that Atticare would make my attic repulsive to critters. Julian and crew spent all day clearing out the disgusting insulation covered in critter droppings, vacuumed it all out, sanitized everything, and installed nice thick clean insulation. They even identified two access points that had been missed by others, one being through the attic fan that required the tech to climb up the rafters to seal it off (there is no floor up there to put a ladder). It was a lot more money than I had initially intended to spend, but for the time, effort, and thoroughness of the work, and the quality of the new insulation, it was worth it. I finally feel secure that my squirrel problem has been resolved.

I hired Atticare to remove old insulation and clean and sanitize a 3700 SqFt attic. The company exceed our expectations from beginning to end. The sale rep, Nick Daus, who first came to assess the situation was super-professional and friendly, and quick to answer all my follow-up questions. The 6-man crew who came to do the actual clean-up came right on time. The crew chief, Victor, his number two Runer, and the other four technicians (Sebastian, Alex, Danny and Elmer) were very professional and hard-working. They took great care not damaged the staircase or floors, and left the house each day (the job took two days) clean and vacuumed. At the end of the job, I was asked to do a walk through to ensure everything was done to my expectations. The few requests I made were immediately acted upon. Again, overall a very good experience and quality job. Would definitively use them again.

Just had our job done by Atticare and it was a professional job from start to finish. When Nick first came out to quote us I was a little worried because other reviewers had mentioned pricing was a little higher even though it was worth every penny. I was thrilled when the pricing actually came out lower than another vendor that I had priced and included much more. Nick was incredibly thorough in his evaluation, professional, knowledgeable, and showed genuine pride in his employer and the work that they do/level of service they provide. When Yeff and his crew came out this morning they were also wonderfully professional, respectful and thorough and they arguably left my house cleaner than they found it! I look forward to a much warmer winter now that the work is done and am very happy to have found Atticare for my insulation needs :-)

Attiicare removed all of the old insulation and vacuumed it. They replaced one leaking air conditioning air duct and retaped the others. Installed seven covers for the recessed kitchen light fixtures then blew in New insulation to cover the attic giving it a R30 insulation value. Then the attic was sealed to help reduce the dust level and keep it cleaner. When the job was completed, Victor the supervisor asked me to inspect the work before he sealed the area as agreed. All the agreed to work was completed in an efficient and professional manner. Ron the sales rep called as I finalized payment with Victor and asked to speak with me to insure I was satisfied with the work, which I was. I want to thank Ron for his honest evaluation and no pressure sales approach. I also want to thank Victor and his crew for a job well done.

We needed the old insulation removed, the attic areas cleaned, sealed, disinfected, and new insulation installed. We had requested a free estimate for Attic cleaning/insulation from Atticare. Nick came to give us an estimate. He was very professional and thorough during his inspection. He explained us every area of concern and why we need to get rid of our old insulation. He then explained how his team work and went over each service steps in details. His professionalism and willingness to work with customer on pricing earn him our service contract. Their services were accurate to detail from the initial inspection to the final completion of my insulation of the crawl spaces in my home. The inspector, Elvin was thorough in explaining what needed to be completed in my home and the breakdown of total of services offered with the work to be completed. Prices were affordable and work was completed efficiently and timely. My service appt was scheduled quickly and on the day of the appt the worker arrived right on time. The worker completed his job without any trace of any leftover debris or any supplies used. I liked that they send you before and after pictures of the work completed. Overall I was very satisifed with the services completed in my home. I would recommend their services to others.

Cons - 1) Did not come on the promised time. I called Gil twice to find out where he was and he made an excuse. He was not too late but 30-40 mins than what he confirmed. 2) Did NOT honor the mailer coupon and said "That works for an old lady trying to get clean-up. For you, save your $95/- and do it yourself if you want to" 3) They try to sell you everything they have to offer- Even things you probably do not need. They try to scare you and tell you everything is a "Disaster". I would have appreciated something like "These are the urgent things..." and "these are necessary for maintainance not urgent". They do no give you options Pros - 1) Education about your Attic 2) They know their business Hope this helps.

Just had a free estimate from Atticare. The technician, Ronnie, was unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time accessing and inspecting 3 separate spaces in our newly purchased home - a traditional attic, an above-garage crawl space and our basement. Not only was he knowledgeable about insulation and the like, but was able to easily identify the type of "friend" who must have been visiting us based on just a few droppings he found - as he used to work as an exterminator and had that wealth of knowledge as well. He took the time to explain the process of what he was inspecting for and answer any questions I had quite thoroughly. A++ company and A++ technician.

I had just bought a new house and called atticare to inspect my attic insulation. It turned out that the insulation was pretty old, dusty and needed to be replaced. The tech Elvin came out well prepared and guided me through what needs to be done. He also found 3 air ducts that needed to be replaced (one of them wasn’t even connected at all) I was able to book the job for the following week and the service was as promised. The guys were very clean and professional and I can already feel that the house is maintaining temperature longer especially my daughter room. If you need to see what is really going on in your attic call this guys. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the service Atticare provided. Atticare was great. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Setting up an appointment was very easy. Marllon N. came to our house and was very helpful. He explained the entire process and answered all our questions. Victor and crew was amazing. They cleaned out the entire attic. Took out all the old insulation. Vaccummed the entire attic. Sealed up all the holes so nothing could get in. Reinsulated the attic with new thicker insulation. Installed plywood floors so we could use part of the attic for storage. Victor and crew were very cleaned and delivered on everything as promised.

Nick Daus came to our house, assessed the attic damages caused my animal intrusions, and provided a clear plan. He addressed our concerns and explained the step by step execution plan so we felt comfortable to give the job to Atticare. Julian Arias and his team completed the work in 2 days. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival. They placed protective material on our floor. Julian explained what the team did and what they would do next to keep is inform of the progress. His team was very professional. We interviiwed 3 companies for this job. We are glad we chose Atticare. Now the job is done, we can have a peace of mind.
