Just wanted to say A few words about USA insulation ,I did a lot of research on insulation and decided to go with USA , greatest thing I ever did , from Kegan the sales rep, whom had to make a few extra trips out here, to JAY the manager for working with me and Julie , who took a number of calls from me, To the crew that did the insulation. Can,t say enough about your crew, Eric, Ralph, and Jeffery ( hope I got his name right )...thee,s guys are real professionals , and an Asset to the owner of U S A of Dunmore..these guys work together as A TEAM . Very professional , and extremely courteous especially towards my wife ,which in itself is a very high form of being professional, and meant the world to me, I,have dealt with a lot of other contractors , BUT YOUR GUYS ARE THE BEST AND YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF THEM, AND HOW THEY VALUE AND RESPECT THE COMPANY NAME, CUSTOMERS AND PROPERTY , ,,,,,,I CAN GO ON AND ON ,,,,BUT THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST AND SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED. I did agree to buy the injection foam wall insulation for my laundry room, it was too cold there and I suppose to get the same temperature as the rest of the house. Unfortunately, their product has not performed well in my wall as they promise it will be. Since the day they finished the job on the second time the temperature still 15-20 degrees below the rest of the house, just like it was before. To resolve the problem the last crew told me they will sent another energy auditor to check for clues, that was on the 02/11/2016, I haven’t heard nothing from them. I call them on the 02/15/2016 and nobody had return my call so far. Please be aware and save your money

Hired USA insulation to do a crawl space encapsulation. While I had some issues with the original job, the new owner Jim came out and addressed all the issues and threw in extras to make my other crawl spaces moister barrier better then it was. This was on his own dime because the job was done when he did not even own the company. He truly will bend over backwards to address any issue you have. If you want a company that stands behind their product and will make you happy, the new owner of this company is really showing me his pride of workmanship and true morals. I would highly recommend this company.

I had another company come look at the house apparently they did not want the job for my small house. Then I called USA Insulation they provided a estimate and the job was scheduled. The crew arrived on time and completed the job in about 6 hours leaving my house and property neat and clean. So far I am very impressed my cooling costs have been cut dramatically and I am looking forward to further savings this winter.If you are in a older home with little or no insulation this is the way to go.

Had a great experience. Very professional salesman and insulation crew. Had an issue with losing power to 2 of my rooms. They went above and beyond to fix the issue. Problem was fixed and we now have a very warm and quite house. Very satisfied with USA Insulation.
