I own an over 100 year old home in Woodmere NY (Long Island) and have lived there for 3 years. My home was always freezing cold even with the boiler constantly running. It seems that most of the insulation that might have been placed a hundred years ago was no longer there or functioning. Ari from Air Seal specced out the job figuring out exactly what was necessary. His crew drilled many small holes in the walls of my home spraying insulation wherever it was lacking. In addition the entire roof of my home was sprayed with foam from the inside; accessing spaces through small crawl spaces his company produced. Plastic sheets were placed all over my home and his crew worked quickly and in a very neat way not causing any damage. Small holes in the wall were plugged with styrofoam plugs which I had a handyman later spackle and repaint. Ari (the company specialist who deals with old construction) returned 3 times to my home, and had his crew provide insulation in any spaces still felt to have air movement as seen on his infrared equipment. The job was pricey; but was well worth it. I would definately use them again, and would refer my friends if they needed any similar work done.

Used Airseal to insulate my home in Long Island. Previously had BATS fiberglass insulation which was damaged by flooding in Hurricane Sandy and had to be completely ripped out. Was very impressed by pictures of foam insulation which had absolutely no damage at all after flood damage. Representative from Airseal responded promptly and was at my house to give me a quote the next day. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Price was very competitive (had total of 3 bids to compare to). Work was completed following week. Workers showed up promptly and worked quickly. Very neat job, done exactly as promised and specified. They cleaned up everything afterwords. Workers were very courteous. Sales representative came by later that evening to check on the work and ask if I was satisfied- I was very impressed- none of my other contractors did that.

I am a Regional Property Manager for over 21 properties in the Eastern United States. I contacted Airseal to do an insulation job at one of those properties in NYC. The decision to do it was made at the last minute and we only had a brief window of time to get it done so it needed to be done quickly. Airseal came with a double crew and knocked out the job in record time. The workers were all very courteous and efficient. They took a lot of care prepping the rooms with tarps & plastic to ensure everything was protected. Then, they did a thorough clean up afterwards. They got the whole job done in a day and a few hours for just under the cost of what I was quoted by another company and in 1/4 of the time. I was so impressed, I asked for the link to be able to write a review on them. I absolutely would recommend Airseal.

If google would allow more stars, I would be the first one to use it for this company. Amazing difference in my house there are no words to describe the difference in my house. Lets just say we went from the North Pole to Florida in 1 day. How these guys knocked out my house in 1 day amazes me. They are quite the company. Really professional and keep to their word. There are so many scammers out there, so it was such a relief to me that we had found Airseal. I would recommend them 2000 percent.

We opted for closed cell foam to insulate our steel clad building. Job was done as promised and is working out well, sealing in the heat and sealing out the drafts. The crew was professional and masked off areas that might get over spray. Closed cell is a bit expensive but worth the cost. We will use Airseal again for the second phase of our repairs.

They quickly visited the site, proposed and executed the work with efficiency and quality. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Aireseal again and recommend them without hesitation.

When the operator knew i was calling about a complaint she hung up on me 12 times, she only said "there is no HR wtf do you want" Ive never called a Co. in my life to be treated this way, my apartment is ruined and they ignoring me, lawsuit on the way.

I really have to believe that the previous reviews were bogus and probably written by friends or employees of this company. I tried my best to work with them and they are for the birds. I am not going to go into a long winded explanation, but maybe you would be better off moving onto the next company.

I am in the real estate business fir 40+ years and have been using this firm for several years. I recently built a larger re-hab in Brooklyn and used them for all exterior and interior insulation for heat and sound. I still use them for other re-habs. I went for the GOLD. That is all I can say.
