I have been insured by Cure for about a year now. I have not had to make a claim at this point (and hope I never have to) but I have never had any problems with Cure. They have always been friendly and helpful on the phone. I have never felt like they hid information or were not upfront with what they tell me. Recently, I have lost my job. I recieved a late payment notice informing me my insurance would be cancelled if I did not pay within the time frame on the notice. I called Cure and explained my situation. The woman I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. I told her my previous employer let me go a week before Christmas (and on my birthday to boot). She talked with me about my life for a few minutes while she did something on the computer and lowered my bill this month by about $60 and told me to take the time to not stress but to find another job. She was sweet and compassionate and insured me to not stress about the bill. They are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT LET SOMEONE REAR END YOU AND GO TO THE HOSPITAL. This insurance company is the biggest scam in the world! Do your research people. The company is owned by judges who are the very same judges that decide if your auto insurance company should pay for your personal injuries in the event of an auto accident. Guess what I have 2 herniated disks in my neck and 1 in my lower back from being at a red light and getting hit by another driver going 50mph. CURE refused ALL of my treatment despite my policy coverage and my proof of injury. GOOD LUCK with them and be safe.

The worst auto insurance ever., in this age of digital why would you still wanna make your payments through checks??? and to make matters worst they cash your checks even before it due!!! Also this company does not even provide any invoices in order to know how many more payments are left to be paid.In addition to this, it does not provide any reason or statement behind the calculation derived at the time of settlement. The customer service is useles, has been a bad experience for the last few months. Is there any place or forum to raise this issue or complain?

DO NOT USE CURE AUTO INSURE!!! DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE The absolute worst car insurance in the world. I am ruined because of them. i was rear ended and needed treatment. They refused to pay my medical bills. Now i am stuck with thousands and thousands of dollars. I am honestly sick to my stomach to know these company is even allowed to be in business. If i could give a zero i would the only upside to them is they are cheap but i guess you get what you pay for but are they really cheap cause you have to pay a fee for every way you pay except mailing i will be changing my insurance and just take the lost im just writing this for people who are like me that google reviews my experience not being good doesnt mean youra will be that way but the overall reviews they have are bad i wish i seeb this instead of going off word of mouth

Cure has been notting but a head ach 4 diff times i have made payments with money orders an well before due date they could never find my payment an they tryed to cut my policy an i had to use that crazy westen pay who have to pay to make a payment thats a set-up an when you call they dont know how to talk nor what to do an when you ask to talk to a superviser they hang up on you i i will be looking around for other ins....

Terrible! Will be looking for a new carrier . All I wanted was a credit of only $10 to my policy on an error of them processing a check one day before my direct deposit went into my account . According to my bank it is against the law to cash a post dated check which they did . This cause a $10 overdraft and money was taken out of another account . The refused politely to correct it .

Worst insurance!!!!! DO not get this insurance they will steal your money and give you the run around. Do you research you will see how many people they have "F" over and are still in business. I will be contacting the BBB. Check the reviews with the BBB its just a matter of time til they are out of business. Will also report them to PA and NJ attorney generals office.

They are cheap but are horrible with service the employees bever know anything, everyone tells you something different and their payment method is horrible specially if you dont pay on time they lock u out from ur online account and tell u to pay through western union and charge 12.95 to make a payment!!! Crazy!!!

Cheap but disappointing ,they stop sending payment reminders out of the blue with no explanation as to why or how to fix it. No phone calls or anything. The Western Union payment option never seems to work for me. Zero customer service. You get what you pay for I suppose. I will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone

Been with Cure for a few years. No issues. Yes it would be nice if they would become more electronically friendly but definitely the cheapest insurance I have found. Customer service reps have always been courteous and professional with me.

After reading about a claim after a personal injury woman being hit by a car while walking a dog. Cure will not pay her hospital bill after the first day. I would never purchase insurance from this company. No residents, go somewhere else.
