WHAT A DISGRACE TO BE CALLED A "LAW OFFICE" I Was In A Car Accident In April 2016 And Was Appointed Toledo Pa. From Jump It Was A Hassle. No Returned Phone Calls, No Case Progression. I Ended Up Firing Him And Was Told He Would Not Put A Lean On My Settlement Which He Ended Up Doing Anyways. Got A New Attentive Attorney Carl Reynolds And Come To Find Out Mr.Toledo Accepted A Offer Without My Knowledge And Has Held My Check Since 2016. Never Contacted Me To Tell Me. So I Call Office Today 05/23/2017 I was Hung Up On 2 Times Placed On Hold For 20mins One Time And Noone Knows Where My Check Is. I Was Told To Contact Lisa The Office Manager And Let Me Tell You She Was A RUDE B****. Needless To Say I Will Be Filing A Complaint Against Board Tomorrow And Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM Unless U Want A Headache!

OFFICE TOLEDO BECAME INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT, A PERSON HAD A CAR ACCIDENT AND DESIGNED FIGUEROA TO WORK IN THIS CASE, AFTER SIGNING THE DEMAND AND COLLECTING ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM HIS CLIENT TO RESTRICT MEDICAL AND COMPENSATION TREATMENTS. ONE DAY TOLEDO INFORM HIS CLIENT, THAT FIGUEROA DISAPPEARED LEADING ALL....! WITHOUT LEAVING COPIES NOTHING. THE OFFICE INFORMED TO HIS CLIENT , THEY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING WHERE IS FIGUEROA , AND THE OFFICE IS IN BANKRUPTCY AND CAN NOT HELP IT. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE ARE NOT PEOPLE TO TRUST.

I sent a nice lady who had immigration issues to see him. Long story short, she was denied her green card because they say she over stayed her visa. She basically did what homeland security asked her to do and was severely punished for it. She went and saw Jose and explained the situation to him and he helped her tremendously.. If you are seeking an immigration litigator, then I sincerely recommend Jose Toledo. He is passionate about helping those who are immigrating to this country.
