The firm Maney Gordon Zeller, PA is for me and my family the "best law firm" in Tampa, Florida and USA in the areas of law that they offer. The professionals that work there are super qualified, very knowledgeable, honest and they give excellent customer service to their clients. Previously to find this firm, I had very bad experiences with other law firms and lawyers and that is why I can compare them and say what I am saying. Non of them gave me what I have founded in Maney Gordon Zeller, PA. Since 2006, Christian Zeller has been my lawyer, my advisor, a tutor and a friend for me. He has helped me and several of my family members and friends with very difficult cases that had little chances to succeed but he always solved them positively and successfully. He always handled the cases with such a professionalism, knowledge, seriousness and purpose that was admirable because he pays personal detail attention to each case as if they were his own. All his team works also to the high standards and they are aware of every step of the cases that they are handling for you. Mr. Zeller keeps constant an open communication with his clients always informing them clearly, explaining in detail all the aspects of the cases, what would be the next step to do and giving you support all the way. I am happy to state that Christian Zeller and Maney Gordon Zeller, PA firm are excellent !!!!!

Jack Gordon of Maney & Gordon, represented me in what was one of the most difficult and heart wrenching experiences of my life; the wrongful death of my youngest daughter due to gross negligence on the part of a hospital. Jack worked very hard and diligently for me and more importantly, for my daughter. He was so well prepared to try the case that he very much wanted to take the case to trial. As a preliminary step before trial, we entered mediation with the defendant hospital. Jack negotiated very persistently on our behalf and we were able to reach an agreeable settlement. Although no settlement could ever assuage the grief and sadness over the loss of my daughter, it did help to bring closure, knowing that those responsible for the negligence associated with my daughter’s death were held accountable and compelled to take responsibility for their actions. I was very lucky to meet this truly sincere and professional immigration attorney Mr. Maney for my visa process. As far as I know, my H-3(training) visa is one of the toughest visa to get, especially "in time". When I had my internship approved, I had to come to the States in 4 months; which means I had to get my visa in 2 months to prepare the departure. My experience with Maney Gordon and Zeller has been excellent so far. I have approached them to help me with my employment based Green card application. I have worked with Attorneys Christian Zeller and Raana Burney. I was skeptical to apply initially but looking at my CV and supporting documents Attorneys Zeller and Burney gave me all the confidence needed to go ahead and file the GC application in EB-1B category. I worked very closely with Attorney Burney for my case and she guided me in every step to provide the lawyers appropriate supporting documents and they put together a strong case on my behalf. We got approved and now me and my husband are in the process of becoming permanent residents of the US. Legal assistant Carmen Garcia was super helpful in filing those million forms post- I140 approval :). Altogether it was a pleasure working with Maney Gordon and Zeller. My initial interaction with the assistant was very professional. Once I paid $175.00 for my first consultation; the partner Christian Zeller treated me like I was not worth his time and blew my off after 30 minutes of a 1 hour consultation. He told me he would get back to me with more information in a week and he never did. I called his office five times in the past month, and kept getting excuses. I have never heard back from anyone there.

No "personal" touch. I was mis-informed on my settlement and when I went to the office to pick up my check the receptionist was not friendly and sooo not dressed professionally. I met another attorney that was helping a friend of mine and will use him if I need another attorney as he was very friendly and personable and seemed to really care. Stay away from this law firm. Their priority practice is personal injury law not immigration law. My previous cases were handled by un-knowledgeable paralegals and new graduates who missed important deadlines for some of my applications such as advanced parole and EAD card. I will not recommend this law firm for those who have a complicated immigration case and in need of an attentive and experienced lawyer.
