I highly recommend BQ. We had been getting one to several gallons of water along the foundation walls of our basement after rainfalls. It appears that the the French drain system of our 20-year old house was starting to clog and fail. We had BQ Basement Waterproofing come out and install their complete waterproofing system around the entire interior perimeter of our basement.. Member Comments: The sales person, Greg Marren, who came out to estimate the job and explain the ins and outs of what they would do, was seasoned, competent, courteous, and professional. He was not a high pressure sales guy, but rather someone who communicated well in a relaxed manner and followed through on whatever he said or promised. I had other bids, but Greg sold the job hands down. BQ came on time, did what they said they would do in record time, and left after two days with the job done and things cleaned up well. Their team was industrious, courteous, professional and punctual. All in all, a job well done from start to finish. This spring we will put their work to the test. I am confident we will have a dry basement. Thanks BQ!

Working with this company was a terrible experience from start to finish. The salesperson who came out for our consult was unprofessional and sent us several incorrect quotes over the course of several weeks. Finally when he finally gave us a quote for the product we wanted (a sump pump) instead of extra humidity control, they scheduled us with an installation appointment. They were several hours late for the appointment and sent someone who was not qualified to do the job. The man who arrived told us that we could get what we ordered, but it would cost an additional $1000. When we called the office, they apologized and said that they would call us the following Monday to fix the situation. After two weeks passed without hearing from them, we called them, only to be told that we were at fault in the situation. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Stay away from this company.

The BQ team was fantastic! They saved the sale of our house. We had no idea that we had excessive moisture in our crawl space until the home inspector discovered it. We were in a panic, but a neighbor referred BQ Basement Systems who used them and have been dry ever since, including after Hurricane Irene. We were nervous we would get a high pressure salesperson, it was the opposite. The inspector was informative and the crew had our problem fixed 3 days later. We were so impressed with Steve, Tom and Nick. They installed CleanSpace throughout our crawlspace and a Triple Safe pump and the new owners are thrilled with their lifetime warrantee. We highly recommend BQ to anyone with basement or crawlspace issues.

Professional and honest! I have two little kids, noticed some mold in my basement and got concerned.. spoke with 3 companies and BQ was the best. Dennis was the most professional and honest, not pushy like the others. His plan made sense, I did my work in phases so it was easier on the budget..the crews were polite and neat and now the kids are enjoying a fnished basment. Thank you Dennis and BQ Basements for helping me make my home healthy!

Great job. The best. Nick, Tom s, and Renaldo came in and set up the pathway from the street to the work with all types of floor and wall protection. I had a 3-way TripleSafe sump pump and a SaniDry air filtering system installed. They kept me informed all the way and did an outstanding install of both systems. They explained how each system worked and gave me the manuals for the systems. I highly recommend this crew to anyone.

The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up. They were proud of the system they were installing - two sump pumps in areas of our cellar that turn into swimming pools in a hard rain. They volunteered that in their experience, having done similar work elsewhere, that this was the best system to install and were certain I would have no longer have issues in the cellar. I would be happy to recommend BQ.

From the sales person, Columba truly listening to my needs, to the installers doing a great job and cleaning up, to the phone calls ensuring I was happy, I was truly pleased.
