I just recently called Conway to give me an estimate on an air conditioner. Stephen Lytal, the comfort advisor came out and did an inspection. I needed to replace my furnace and air conditioner, but I could not afford both. They had said the air conditioner should be ok for a few years and decided to do the furnace. The techs came out on time, Howard Winchester. and Mike Hart....they covered my carpet for a path to the door. Later that day I get a call from Stephen stating he had some news. Of course I thought the worse and said oh sh.... He said it was good news and told me that with the brand new furnace the air conditioner had to be replaced to be efficient. I had told him I could not afford that but he said they would take care of it. Boy did I have goose bumps and almost speechless. They take care of what they tell you to remedy the problem.He also told me a day and half of work would be through that night. Stephen got the permit and everything the techs needed to get the job done. Wow they were and my front yard was covered with all kinds of parts and duct work. Howard and Mike loaded all the stuff in their vehicle and hauled it away for scrap. They both answered all my questions I had and showed me the parts of the furnace I needed to know and the air conditioner. I had air that night and it almost froze me out!!!! Conway Services to me went ABOVE and BEYOND all my expectations and will recommend them to everyone I know. I will use Conway for repairs (but the warranties are great) so who knows if I will need any. They will be doing my maintanence and or services to keep the furnace & air to their maximum potential. We had yet another emergency service requirement. The heat pump stopped working about the time we left for a doctors apointment in the morning. I tried everything i could to get it to restart, turned the system off, redid the zone thermostats, nothing worked and it was getting hot fast especially upstairs. My husband has asthma and COPD which makes breathing under the best of conditions difficult. We called at 4 p.m. and got put on the board, and Willie came our rescue early in the evening. Our first repair on the 13th had him checking the air handler, heat pump and he found a defective capacitor. This time he quickly assessed the problem, found the sensor in the air handler was not letting the heat pump turn on. He quickly and expertly assessed the problem and began to install a new one. We could quickly feel the difference as soon as the heat pump knew to turn on! It took less time for the house to cool down compared to the last time-the air had gone out at 1 a.m. Willie G stayed long enough to be sure the repair worked and he even gave us an emergency number to reach him that night in case something else happened. September Second, Steve B. Came to my home this afternoon and not only helped fix my garbage disposal and give me some great advice on proper maintenance of my faucets and pipes he also was able to find and fix a leak from my garage that was spreading over into my grass. Not to mention it was connected to the hot water line so the water was really hot and making the water in my home way hotter than it should be because the line was constantly in use. Not only did Steve have to deal with finding the leaky pipe in the midst of a huge rain storm be he also had to contend with finding the proper pikes since the original direction of the pipes was changed when the home was renovated some years ago. He did an awesome Job and Conway Services really should be proud of how dedicated he was at doing his job but add that to a very pleasant demeanor and he took the time to explain things to me as well. Great work today Steve B!

I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the folks at Conway Services. My downstairs A/C stopped working. I contacted Conway Services and Mark K was at my house that same afternoon. He was very polite and knowledgeable and provided me with written estimates to do the immediate repairs as well as what was needed to overhaul the system. Because my heat and air systems were 30 years old I decided to go ahead an replace the downstairs unit. Mark contacted the sales team and let me know who and when a sales consultant would arrive. Josh was at my house in about an hour. Josh was also very polite and knowledgeable. He also provided written estimates to replace the downstairs unit as well as the upstairs (also 30 years old). I decided to replace just the downstairs unit at this time but will definitely contact Conway when I am ready to replace the upstairs unit in a few months.

Came home to a dead air conditioner and called several providers. Conway was the only one that would send someone the same day and that was important as i work 77.7 miles from Memphis and am a single mom. I get home around or after 5 pm daily. Lance came very quickly, assessed the situation and gave me a clear idea of my problem, the options open to me and the costs involved. He was very professional, and we will call again when we need help. I would recommend that you request Lance by name as he really helped us with our problem. We have not yet repaired our system, because I need to get finances in order, however many companies would try to install something and then tell you the price. I really appreciate the honesty, and professionalism shown by Lance. He represents the company well and I will not hesitate to call on Conway Services in the future if the need arises. April G.

Trey A. serviced my air/heating system today with the upmost respect. He showed great customer service, professionalism and respect to me, as a customer. He also informed me instead of "selling" me (very refreshing). He showed and explained the deficiencies in my system whereas, other companies simply fix the obvious and leave. He was very friendly and informative- a great asset to your company! I also have to commend Lisa, the dispatcher. I spoke with Lisa after talking with a rather rude male dispatcher. She worked me in within an hour of calling and was extremely nice and understanding! I also want to express the professionalism, courteous and excellent service shown by Terrell V., Service Specialist and Sherwin B., Service Specialist as they installed my new unit. Due to all the excellent service shown to me with everyone I would highly recommend Conway Services.

I have had only good experiences with Conway. In my experience, they are a little more expensive but the quality of work and service is significantly better than other companies. Today I had a maintenance visit and I had a question about whether the comfort club would cover damages due to a power surge if I purchase the power protectors. I was told that Conway Comfort Club would cover the cost of a new condenser on the machine that they installed, but I did not have this in writing. I asked if I could talk to a manager and get this in writing. The technician, Antwan, was very nice and never defensive. He called a manager and soon thereafter I received an email with a the above coverage in writing. I really appreciate the fact that they did not immediately become defensive when I asked to speak to a manager. Everything went smoothly.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Griffis about two weeks ago for my scheduled furnace cleaning and system check up with Conway Services. It was a great experience. During his time at my house, he was truly professional and respectful of my home and time. He was thorough with the inspection and explained everything that was right/wrong about my setup. He installed some PVC tubing to bring my system up to code. Plus, he detected some cracks in my heat exchanger that was a hazard to me and my family. He walked me through the next steps to ensure our safety and how to acquire a new furnace. He was conscious of my time and did not intrude on my entire day, which was great. Our non-furnace related conversations were even interesting. People like Chris are rare, and I am just lucky to have met him. Thank you Conway!

Did not have a visit to my home for services but just encountered one of their drivers on my way home about 8:15 p.m. I had a slow car in front of me on Brunswick Rd and the Conway Service truck behind me. Traffic was not moving fast enough so he passed both cars in a no pass zone on a narrow 2 lane road while it was dark. His truck # was 65. This comment is for the driver of the van (You might have wanted to get wherever you were going in a hurry but you failed to see that the car in front of me had been weaving all over the road the entire way up Brunswick. If he had weaved over the line as you were passing us, then you could have really hurt someone.) Maybe next time you should slow down and consider those of us on the road that are obeying the rules and want to get home to our families safely!!!!!!

Jason H. was the service technician sent to my home to do the spring cleaning for my a/c system. Jason was a very professional guy, very polite and courteous and was quite good at explaining everything he did to my system. Upon completion he was very detailed in explaining all the aspects of my system as well as recommending various upgrades. He was not pushy in the least and left the info with me to review in order to make any decisions about future upgrades. This was in my opinion a very good bang for the buck and I will certainly use Conway to do my spring cleaning again as well as my fall cleaning since I have a heat pump and it is recommended a heat pump be cleaned twice a year. Howard Winchester did an excellent job in installing my new Carrier HVAC system in my home. He was very professional in his work and attitude. Howard was also very conscious about making sure that everything worked as it should after the installation was completed such as checking the pressure in the system and running a vacuum test to make sure that there were no leaks any where. He also ran a check on the new condensate drain to make sure that there were no leaks there either. Howard was also very courteous in explaining how to take care of the new system and how to use the new thermostat, along with going over all the paperwork. Howard very friendly and polite during the whole time he was working on the installation on the new system and cleaning up after himself.

Conway Services was ask to take out an old cast iron ceramic coated kitchen sink and install a new composite based unit in addition to replacing the hot and cold water faucets in our kitchen as they were 23 years old. Our Plumber from Conway was Bruce B. My wife and I were most pleased with his expertise, neatness, professionalism, and timely manner in accomplishing the objective. The cost of Conway Plumbing Services appears a little above the norm from what we have been use to in the past, but feels worth the payment made as the quality of workmanship was superior to our past experiences from plumbers we have hired from other companies. We highly recommend Conway Services for your Heating and Air Conditioning needs.
