Do not use Clarke and Rush, they will rip you off. Let me repeat, DO NOT USE CLARK AND RUSH, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Our air conditoner went out on Saturday. They dispatched a service technician for a service charge of $175. Not a problem, they told us about the price of the emergency visit and I agreed. The RIP OFF happened when the technician found the problem and charged us $296 for a $30 capacitor. It took him three minutes to install the part. So we ended up paying $471 for a technician to install a $30 part. He was on our property less than 10 minutes. When I called to complain, they said their capacitor price was taken out of a book and they defended their 1000% mark up. DO NOT USE CLARK AND RUSH. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Use another contractor that does not abuse its customers as a matter of company policy.

I had an amazing experience with this company! My heating and AC system went out, and I was so stressed out. Mark Thyne came out within a couple hours of me calling, and had me up and running with a brand new system within 48 hours. The installers were all very pleasant and hard workers. They explained everything to me from start to finish. Mark, came by during the day of install to check on us, and called the next day to make sure everything was working good, and to answer any questions I may have. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Thank you so much for everything, Mark and his team!

Justin, Luke and Erik were great! They installed a new system while I was catching up on sleep after a late night of unpacking. They were really respectful to not interrupt me without good cause and made the entire experience painless. They even realized that one of the procedures they were contracted to do was unecessaay and worked with me to skip it and save money off the original quoted price. Then at the end they went out of their way to go over the paperwork and made the SMUD rebate eeasy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Ray with Clarke & Rush quickly found the problem with my air condition (blown capacitor). He didn’t try and tell me I needed a whole new system like seen on those NBC Dateline shows. He told me how to clean my system and about preventive maintenance to help keep my 25 year old system going. He provided information for a replacement system should it become necessary in the future; a more efficient system and competitive pricing. But in no way did he tell me I need it now. I appreciated his honesty.

Rusty and his crew installed our new heat and air systems in about 4 hours! they were amazing, neat, timely, clean, professional and considerate of our time and space. LOVE Clarke & Rush and will highly recommend. Two days after this install, Brian Seiler and Aaron installed our insulation. They also were neat, professional, timely and courteous. Serviceman arrived on time. He assessed the situation and quickly went to work, identified the problem and corrected it. He also identified additional issues (clean out to the main line not in code and need and advantages of two way clean out for line leading to house). He accurately directed us to City of Sacramento to correct the clean out to the main line problem, saving us thousands for dollars. We recommend Clark and Rush highly and without any reservation.
