Terrible experience. I had both vehicles stolen from my driveway and they are very difficult to work with. Every person you talk to just tells you that you need to talk to another person to get something resolved. They will never have communication with you and tell you what is going on. Just a brief description if the timeline you can expect if you ever need to submit a claim. My vehicles were stolen on the 8th and recovered by a police department on the 10th. They sat at the tow yard for 8 days before GEICO would have them towed to a shop. And now they have been at the shop for 14 days and GEICO will not approve them for any work They say a lot of the damage is "normal wear and tear" I have been with GEICO for 5 years which is my mistake. I should have never started but in 5 years this is my first claim and it is a theft not even a wreck that was my fault and this is the service they give. ***********DO NOT USE GEICO***********THEY ARE AWFUL AT CUSTOMER SERVICE*********I KNOW NOTHING WILL COME OF THIS FROM GEICO BUT ANY CUSTOMER THAT IS LOOKING FOR INSURANCE PLEASE DO NOT USE GEICO*************

the experience ive had with geico was ok up to this point. everyone knows at least in houston we had alot of rain last week and lots of people had there cars flooded. i get that. ..however a week to get your car looked at...........another week to figure out what your car is worth and what equity you have in it...........maybe yet another week to get your check for the difference on the amount you owe. well now its 3 weeks. geico needs to understand that some people have tight schedules and need theses sorts of claims taken care of in a timely manner. im not the only one looking to replace my vehicle. hire more people if you have too ......better communication with the customer to let you know whats going on and whats the hold up. is everyone in the claims department sitting around playing candy crush?

I promisse you that if i could i gine -5 stars. Terrible expirence. Amonth ago i called for a quote. After 2 hr on the phone and transfered over 7 time to different people they weren able to help me with my police. So went online and did it. My mistake i misspelled my name so today i called as my job requested to be fixed. After almos an hr on the phone this guy say my police is all wrong and increase the prime 2 times the original price. Now after all this frustation he took my name out of the policy and increase the value. I was so angry i asked him to cancell the whole thing. Its being over 2 hrs and he hasnt done it yet. Im sorry but i cannpt waste my time nor my money with you. Get trained people to answer the phone and worknfor the best interest pf the client not just yours.
