My story may be different than most but my business in Alex City needed more office space and after calling 5 to 6 contractors only 2 gave me a quote. There cost per sqare foot seemed outrageous. I asked AHP if they did Comercial work and they confirmed they did. Within days we had a floor plan and site evaluation and a week later had a quote that was literally 35 % less than others. The process was amazingly easy, I got way more than basic Constuction and in the end they came in 6% lower than 1ts price. The communication was great and we love our new office. Ken and Bill did a outstanding job from the Opelika location and I would recommend AHP to anyone for commercial or residential. Absolutely a positive experance start to finish.

We had a wonderful experience with AHP building our dream home. Working with the Management and Staff made it possible and easy for us. They were so easy to work with. Chris Barrett, Project Manager was always available when ever we had questions during the process of building our home. Any issues that we had with the contractors Chris would always have the problem resolved immediately. Working with Chris made us feel comfortable knowing that he will get things done in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with him and Americas Home Place knowing that they all worked as a team. He provided a tour through a home being built on West Point Lake and has also provided me with many resources to review building plans. When we decided to build we were expecting a baby in less than 2 months. AHP was fast and efficient and were able to get our house finished and move in ready before our baby was born! Any time we requested a change they were more than willing to accommodate our requests without complaint. Being first time home builders, we found them super helpful in guiding us through the whole process and will definitively use them again in the future!
