I have been with Todd Goselin since 2009. I always felt I got excellent and prompt service until the last 3 months. I would have rated this agent a 5 until now. 3 months ago i started calling trying to get quotes for changes to my policy. Over 3 week span i called 6-8 times leaving messages asking for a call back on voicemail or with the person who answered the phone but couldnt help me with quote. So I went somewhere else for auto insurance. Keeping my renters policy with them. Again asking for quotes for the renters only policy it took a few more weeks to get ahold of someone who could help me. When i tried to call and pay the full year they needed to call me back to take payment. I choose to call them back. I called 7 times yesterday during business hours only to get voicemail each time. And today when i finally got someone she couldnt seem to figure out how to take my payment information correctly. After providing my card number 3 times I gave up. I am now switching agents for my renters as well. One or even 2 or 3 issues wouldnt have sent me away. But now I am done. UPDATE.. I JUST DROPPED SCORE FROM A 2 TO 1 . I REQUESTED A TRANSFER TO AN AGENT IN HILLSBORO. TOOD GOSLINGS OFFICE TRANFERRED MY POLICY TO THE WRONG AGENT IN FOREST GROVE . THEY JUST CANT DO ANYTHING RIGHT.

Jacked my auto rate up 49% in one year with no explanation - tried to contact them for explanation over 2.5 weeks. Finally, left with no communication, I called another insurer out of frustration, now I have great service and my rate is 20% of what my old rate was (before the increase) and these people actually pick up the phone when you call.

I have had insurance with State Farm for years but i just moved to this area. I met with Todd and his team and i was very happy with the way they helped me with my transition and seemed to really care about my needs and not just writing another policy. I would recommend this office if you want good service at a good price!

Have this insurance now and this will be the last month. Worst customer service. When I call to cancel a policy they will cancel the wrong car. Had his happen 3 times. The girls working there are idiots.

They dropped me and my wife after 13 years of insurance they tried pulling payment in wrong date and then canceled us and never told us
