Emerge Fitness Training

Our door latch wiggles loose very quickly. When asked to fix it, they reattached it to the fence but left a large uncovered hole in the door. The latch loosened again, so we had them out to cover the hole and re-reattach the latch. It loosened up again to the point where the door just blew open and actually cracked. When asked to fix this, they refused. It was "wind damage" and thus not their fault. Horrible customer service and just a bad product.

I had over 500 feet of fence installed. Their bid was higher than the others I got but I had a better feeling about them. I got them to come down to the other bids and I am not sorry for choosing them. The fence looks great and I have no reason to complain about the service.
