Barb Hunter... I first became aware of Home Zone at Eastern MI State Fair. Salesman Scot visited me and I signed the contract on 8/10/16. Told an estimated completion time of 6/8 weeks. Chimney tear down by Home Town crew on 9/13. Siding install by Titan (Kevin, Greg & Andy) began on 9/13 (rain out on 9/17) and completed on 9/20. At the end of the first day all three were crawling on hands and knees looking for dropped aluminum nails. Siding looks great, clean up completed, extra material picked up and waiting for the dump trailer to leave. The Koi pond filter (less than one foot from corner of house) was tarped for protection from debris. My hostas were tromped on. Totally unavoidable as they were next to the house and the former chimney. They will look great again in the Spring and that is why a gardener should go with Fall /Winter exterior home repairs.

I had a meeting with Adam Howard last week and after 45 minutes, I had no quote on installing a soaking tub. He called and texted co-workers/team members for assistance on pricing , (after measuring my tub space & discussing with me) and after 45 minutes, I told him I had another engagement and could he call or email me with a quote. He was disappointed that I could not wait around for another half hour or so, but he had all the info from me that he needed, evaluation & measurement of space, and desired tub. As of now, 5 days later, I have not heard a word from him after giving him 45 minutes of my day and phone number and email. Very disappointed. Waste of my time.

We are very pleased with Homezone. Last year we had our extra garage roof replace by HomeZone. The contractor that did the job did an awesome job. They cleaned up after the job was done. So this year we replaced the Windows in our home. The contractor that did the Windows did an awesome job. They went right to work and cleaned up after they where done. Also the salesperson Josh came into our home and explained and showed us the window. He was very helpful. The office staff was very friendly and helpful on the phone has well. Would recommend HomeZone.

iew here: I was very pleased with the product sunrise windows. The men on the install did a good overall. The job was scheduled for two days and the crew finished in one long day. After the crew left I found one window needing adjustment , two damaged screens and some windows that needed recalk. Home Zone came back two weeks later fixed these item. The product was excellent and install good. I think ithe install team rushed the job somewhat and with a little addition time would have avoided these issues

Home Zone Improvements has been wonderful to work with from the very start. The salesperson who first came out was not pushy and very informative and very professional. Loved working with him. When the install came, it was another pleasant experience. They were also very professional and did an awesome job! They cleaned up so well you would never know they had been there, except for the beautiful new sliding door they installed! Will definitely give Home Zone a call when we need any more improvements.

Remove and replace tub and shower. When job was done they reviewed the job and which cleaning products to use and which to avoid. Although we were satisfied with the overall project we did have a scheduling problem. I had to cancel a previous appointment so I could be on the job site during the second day. Tub arrived with damage that they had missed but they were very polite and got replacement tub the next day. Very impressed with their response. 1000 character limit would be more fruitful.

The job was excellent in many respects: the salesman, the phone contacts, the professionalism of the workers, the roofing job itself, the speed of the job. I would actually give the job 4 1/2 stars if that was possible. The grounds were clean afterward, but after the crew left I found too many nails on the roof and in gutters (over three dozen) and one boxwood plant was broken at the corner of the driveway and sidewalk (which will have to be replaced). Overall, thanks for the great job.

From experience, I found it is a lot cheaper to do the whole project at once than piecemeal by installing a window or two a year. Homezone exceeded our expectations in working with us to meet our insulation schedule. I was also pleasantly surprised to find Homezone employees very dependable and their concern for quality and accuracy of work was quite refreshing. We love their Vanguard double hung windows, and we looking forward to cheaper utility bills from the new airtight windows.

If you are a woman DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY... HomeZone Improvements thinks its early 1900s and refused to come give me a quote unless my partner was going to be there. I have never felt so offended and hurt. I attempted to explain many times that it would not be possible for my partner to attend the quote. And that the decision was not a major one and only needed one of us present. I am really disappointed with HomeZone Improvements, get with the times.

It took longer than I had anticipated for the shower to come in to be installed. (This is the ONLY reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating). All contacts on the phone and in person were very professional, helpful, and willing to address any questions or concerns I had. The installers did an excellent job! They were friendly, able to answer questions I had, and efficient-hard workers who knew their job well. I was extremely pleased with their workmanship!

i had a good experiance, only a couple issues 1. some of the language used by the worker was bad, glad my kids were not home 2. the ridge cap is way off center, they are coming out to fix it, but to me they never should have put it on that far off in the first place 3. once the job was finished it took 7 days for the company to come get the trash trailer, it was parked infront of the door we use everyday, after three days i hooked up to it and moved it myself

I went with this company because they represented themselves as professionals. They hire their workers off Craigslist and pay them under the table. They brag about it and use that as an excuse for the terrible work they do. Their quality of roof is represented in this bottom-of-the-barrel attempt to scrape together workers. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with this overpriced company and just hire the workers off Craigslist yourself.

Home Zone installed new windows a year ago and their work and quality was outstanding! Personable, honest and helpful project installers so we just had a bathroom re-do with tub replacement, new tub surround including jetted soaker tub. Our salesperson was the same as with the windows and again met our budget. Installers came earlier than promised and finished in 2 days! Beautiful job, outstanding cleanup and professional behavior at all times!

The salesman came out to do a price estimate. They had two separate papers that they were using to give information on. On one paper it had a totally separate number that was way higher then the price that the salesman said he was quoting. It was off by over $3,000. This is completely unacceptable. I am so glad I went over the paperwork before deciding who would be putting on a new roof.

Had a totally positive experience from start to finish even though we live about an hour away from the place of business. We had 6 windows replaced with quality replacement windows. The installers were quick and courteous. The salesman did a great job of matching the window trim to our siding. The only issue we had was that we ordered and paid extra for a grate window which was not installed. After calling the office, the additional price for the grate was deducted from our bill, but we really wanted the grate

This is a despicable company. They advertise and call endlessly. When you finally decide to give them business, they do utterly terrible work. Their roofing installs take exceptionally long, and leak. They leave trash all over your yard, and destroy your property.

Just had all our upstairs windows replaced. What a difference! The upstairs is much more comfortable now. Plus we qualify for a rebate from Consumers Energy due to the Energy Efficiency rating of the windows we had HomeZone install.
