I was refered to by a friend, Mr. Garcia came out gave us a quote, we faxed over all the neccessary paperwork, we were contacted by Josh, we were told that they would be here on friday march 26 to do the job, they never showed, we phoned Mr.Gilbert back to ask why, we were then told they never recieved our fax, after I called their office 2 days prior to confirm, and I was told it was a done deal. I was then told by Mr. Gilbert that Josh had told me , he scheduled the work for saturday the 27th , which was not accurate, several co-workers of mine were present when I spoke to Josh, as he was on speaker phone. I called and confirmed from my co-workers that yes indeed friday was the scheduled day. So we agreed, to go ahead and do it an saturday the 27th, its now the 27th and we were told they would be here between 1000 am and 1200 noon, and we have not heard from them , nor have we had any of our phone calls returned. 1 out of 10 I give them a 2, and thats being generous.

First Quality Roofing provided excellent customer service in every way. The gentleman that came out for the initial estimate was prompt and extremely professional. He showed me pictures of where the failures were occurring. When the actual work was performed a few weeks later, once again, they were right on time. And the office staff was great when I had many various inquiries for the work and for applying payment. About a week after the work was completed, by chance a coworker asked me if I knew any roofers. I told her about First Quality Roofing. She ended up having her repairs done by them as well and was also pleased with their work.
