It is truly an honor to write a review for G. Turner Howard. I am a Licensed Psychologist practicing in the Knoxville area for over25 years. I have known Turner Howard for over 10 years. I have had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Howard on a number of occasions to consult with him regarding a variety of legal issues. Each and every time I have requested to meet with Turner, he has graciously responded immediately and made time to meet with me in person. His office staff is very courteous and professional. I have been truly amazed at the scope of his knowledge, professionalism and integrity. I have been pleased and reassured with each meeting with Turner. He does not make me feel rushed, and is able to focus his complete attention to every matter and detail. Frankly, I have never had this kind of service from anyone in the legal profession. I would heartily recommend his counsel to anyone seeking sound and dependable legal advice. In this fast paced and rushed world, G. Turner Howard is an exception to the rule in a very positive and refreshing way.

This was the first time I had to hire an attorney, so I felt intimidated by the situation until my first meeting with Mr. Howard and his team. Working with them made me wonder where all the jokes about evil, lying lawyers came from. The G3 team was helpful, efficient, and friendly. When there was a minor problem with getting a call back at a predetermined time, they apologized and resolved the issue promptly. They took my concerns into consideration, such as when I wanted to raise the settlement offer because the insurance wanted to claim that the (permanent) injury I received from the car accident was part of my “pre-existing” conditions. In the end, my settlement was higher than I expected it to be: it paid all my medical bills and left me with a good amount of money in my pocket. Great costumer service by caring people. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had already been receiving services from another local law office and I was not satisfied with their lack of concern towards my case. I felt uneasy about going to see another lawyer in fear that no one cared that I was in pain. However, the team at G. Turner Howard made me feel very welcomed and at ease.
